I say Son!

Here are some stats that makes my argument correct beating in mind Sanchez would not want to sit on the bench and will cost a lot in wages and transfer and is also a bit of a twat.

View attachment 261

Not a lot in it really is there?

Also Son was the only player to win player of the month twice this season.

Oh my God.

Sanchez is a better player than Son...and it ain't even close. Sanchez is playing in a rubbish team, trying to carry a malfunctioning midfield AND provide the goals. No wonder the guy looks frustrated....you take him out of that Arsenal team and they finish in the bottom half. You take Son out of our team and we still finish second.

Your "argument" is a case of stats being manipulated to serve a purpose. Put Sanchez into our starting 11 and we win the League. Comfortably.

You may a point with the bit highlighted. Probably the rest is right too, maybe..

Manchester City have agreed a deal with Benfica for the £35m signing of goalkeeper Ederson Moraes, according to the Portuguese champions.

The 23-year-old broke into the Benfica team last March and has made 37 appearances for the club.

"Benfica has reached agreement with Manchester City for the amount of 40m euros," the club told the Portuguese stock exchange.

They also confirmed 50% of the fee will be paid to "third parties".

City sources say the transfer cannot be concluded until the third-party element is resolved to the Premier League's satisfaction.

Tottenham Hotspur are in advanced negotiations with Atletico Madrid to bring striker Kevin Gameiro to the club, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon.

The report states that a €30 million (£26 million) move should be confirmed in the coming days, just a year after the Frenchman joined Los Colchoneros from fellow La Liga outfit Sevilla.

They just had a transfer embargo extended so if they can't buy, they are going to be reluctant to sell.

Fake news!

Arsenal have made an £87m offer for Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe. The 18-year-old scored 26 goals in all competitions for the Ligue 1 champions last season.....

Allegedly according to L'Equipe. I will be fucking cross if he goes there.

Or you might be very happy. There's no guarantee he can reproduce his Monaco form in the Premier League - and £87m for an 18 year old who might decide the night clubs and terrible drugs the young folks put up their noses is more fun than grafting - is bonkers.

He scored 29 goals in 15 games this season in the league, his MPG was 100, which in the Premiership would be extremely good, not Harry Kane good, but good. But, my theory is that it is much easier to get loads in the French league that it is in the Premier league. That theory would go down well with Trumpty because it is totally not supported by the facts.

Buying long players like Dele makes sense, they are hungry for success and want to work, this bloke is already a star and ...... Monaco have rejected the offer, so it probably ain't happening. I reckon if he goes anywhere it would be to Real Madrid.

After that, it would leave Wenger with only 13M left in his summer transfer kitty.

Maximilian Philipp of Freiburg.
I like the look of this kid.

Tottenham face competition from Borussia Dortmund to sign Freiburg forward Maximilian Philipp, according to talkSPORT.

Earlier this month we relayed reports from Germany suggesting Spurs were set to make a formal offer Philipp.

While there has been no update on that offer, the 23-year-old is still apparently attracting strong interest from Tottenham.

However, Borussia Dortmund have now emerged as contenders to sign Philipp. It is unknown whether the Germany U21s international would prefer to stay in the Bundesliga or move overseas.

The story also claims Philipp has a release clause of £17.5 million. You can watch some of his season highlights below.

Mbappe isn't even a "one season wonder" yet, he's a "half-season wonder". Although, to be fair, it was a pretty incredible half-season for a teenager.

I'm pretty sure tho that not only has the Monaco president said he will not sell "half the team", but he has also said Mbappe is the one player who will stay no matter what.

Arsene has a history of going for unobtainable players. They're not even a Champions League club!

Really he is deluded, signing the same type of player as he has already,he needs a keeper,3 or 4 defenders and a top DM,probably a #9 type striker as well, and yet flaky, silky attackers, like Mbappe,Mahrez are the links.A team of Toby`s will win against a team of Ginola`s no matter how pleasing on the eye, long may wenger and pep refuse to address defending and Jose refuse to address attacking.

Dominic Solanke, may turn out to be a good buy for Liverpool, he's just scored for England U20's in the World Cup against Mexico - another Chelsea youngster that they let go.....

Everton have 5 players in the squad, 3 on the pitch and 2 on the bench, impressive.

Boooooooo or do I mean looooool

Sead Kolasinac. He's a 23-year-old defender, who plays left back (but loves to get forward from there). He has also played at centre-back and as a holding midfielder. He will join Arsenal from German side Schalke, with Bild newspaper claiming he'll pick £7.5m a year.

Could this clear the way for Kieran Gibbs to leave the Gunners? He's been linked with West Brom.

southampton will report Liverpool to the Premier League over an alleged illegal approach for centre-back Virgil van Dijk, reports BBC Radio Solent.

The 25-year-old wants to move to Anfield if he leaves St Mary's.

The £50m-rated Netherlands defender signed a new six-year contract last year, having joined Southampton from Celtic for £13m in September 2015.

Liverpool are yet to formally approach Saints to ask for permission to speak to Van Dijk.

The Reds refused to comment on renewed speculation on Monday, while Southampton are adamant they do not need to sell the defender.

Saints are irritated by what they see as an attempt to unsettle Van Dijk and are ready to reject an official offer.

According to the media, United have offered £113m for Mbappe. I expect that is bollocks as it came from AS, but there are some daft real offers being thrown around, so how the fuck much is Harry Kane worth? He's a proper three season wonder, not just one, so £200m?
