Can't see much else happening this window for us unless something pops up way left field.

We seem to be after an injured player and a player not allowed in the UK for sparking out a peeler. Neither seem great prospects of landing in the next day and a half.

No thanks, oxtail chamber-pot can fuck off and be shite somewhere else, what is it 9 goals in many 100s of games?I would rather have andros back !!
To be fair to the bloke, he is better than Wilshere ( 6 PL goals in 105) , but then Stephen Hawking would have probably scored more than both of them together.

I won't prejudge Serge Aurier, maybe he'll get his permit, maybe he'll be a Spurs player, who knows? I think he needs to make some statements and wear rainbow socks and there need to be some clauses in the contract with PSG, like they get feck bleeding all if he misbehaves again.

Thankfully there's just 2 days left of this poxy transfer window, I won't be sitting up late tomorrow night because like any good numpty I know everything, I know who we will sign and for how much, but I'm not revealing this information because us real ITKs just get persecuted by you lot who know nothing. I will let you know how correct I was on Friday morning when I say 'I knew that'.

Demarai Gary? I have always liked the look of him and think he would do well under the Poch. If the media can be believed and Levy is fucking around for £5m which realistically is fuck all in today's transfer market then this would be more proof that my theory, Dorset's Theory Of Total Manginaism is in fact a true theory and Levy is a total cunt. If the media is incorrect then Levy is still a cunt and my theory is still correct because he just is OK?

Is he one of the 'nailed on' transfers us ITKs know about? I ain't tell you am I?

Divock Origi - another young bloke who would thrive under the warm embrace of Super Poch and away fro the toxic atmosphere of Dipperland . I reckon £25m would be a reasonable price to pay for this bloke, yeah I know it's silly money but they're all silly money these days innit? Will Mr Buyrite offer a couple of quid and a one day pass to the glass tunnel? I will let you know on Friday morning.

Continuing my mini-hijack of this thread. Ross Barkley - can't say I'm overly arsed about him. Maybe if we had bought him 2 or 3 years ago the Poch would have turned him into the latest Real Madrid target, I would prefer Gray at the moment, I think young Ross thinks he is better than he is, and irreparable damage has been done to his career development - so let's not bother with him eh?

How about a couple of 'out of the box' signings? Connor McGregor could be worth a punt, though he'd want around a squllion pounds, he might not be a footballer but he ain't a boxer either and that didn't stop his business deal with Money did it?

Oxhead Chamberpot, aside from not being good enough wants too much money, a unicorn and a cushion made from fairy wings to put on the bench he would spend a lot of time on, so he's out.

Hijacking the Dippers' del for Thomas Lemar would be triffic! Sadly Levy would never part with the sort of wedge needed to get him. He will not be the 'socks off' transfer that might happen tomorrow, there might not be a 'socks off' moment, there might be, am not saying!

We have signed Juan Foyth - yay?

Expect he will be good, the Poch wouldn't sign blokes who were pony would he (unless they were cheap and Levy told him to).

I know even less about this bloke than I do all the other blokes we have been linked to. He seems to have played 7 league games in Argentina, so anyone who says they know all about him is a total Donald Trump.

Have we got enough defenders now?

We have signed Foyth and Sanchez, with Toby, Jan, Ben, Kieran, KWP, (Dier) , Hissing Sid Rose (or is he on his bike?) that's quite a lot?

We're all right for keepers with Hugo. Michel and the other bloke we have just signed. What was the point of Lopez? Did he play for us in his loan period or was it just a holiday for him? I expect Levy made a quid somehow out of it.

We only need Victor and the Moosse in midfield, OK, they can't play all the games but Sissoko can take over when we need a big strong replacement - calm down, I was just joking! Eric Dier will do. Maybe we need a bit more muscle in midfield?

I think we are OK for forwards/strikers/goalscorer - controversial or what? Harry, Dele, Sonny, Christian and of course Ben Davies can bang enough in once we get the juju removed, and I think Janssen will shine.

As you all know I know fuck all about football, so let's hear from so clever clogs expert why I am talking arse. Who else do we need?

Well the problem is that we need a strong first XI/squad that can play formations with both a back 3 and back 4.

Keepers
Yep all sorted here. Hugo, Vorm, Gazzaniga. Keepers - Done.

Defence
I'd say once we bring in Aurier then yes we are done here. With CCV going out on loan we needed Foyth to come in. In a 2 CB partnership you have Toby, Jan starting, Sanchez on bench. 3 CB partnership - Toby, Jan, Sanchez starting, Foyth/Dier on bench. RB/RWB - Trippier, Aurier plus KWP for cups - all good. LB/LWB - Davies, Rose - all good. Defence - Done (with Aurier coming in).

CMs
Wanyama, Dier, Dembele, Winks. Yeah fine by me. I'd imagine we did look to see if there were any viable options out there but I'm fine with what we have there. CMs - Done.

Attacking Midfielders
Well, again we have to have a squad/first XI that provides strength if we set up with either 2 or 3 attacking mids. In my opinion you want 4 good attacking midfielders plus a couple of fringe/young players. Eriksen and Alli are obvious starters. I rate Son and it is fine if we are playing with 2 attacking mids as he is a good player as backup/off the bench. But if we play with 3 that just leaves us with Sissoko and N'Koudou as options off the bench. And that is with a full strength squad! Neither are good enough imo. I actually think N'Koudou could be but obviously doesn't show enough in training based on how little game time he got last season. I would really love to sign an attacking midfielder that is as good as or better than Son. Would give us a great 3rd attacking midfielder on the pitch and one off the bench - "new player" and Son. If we did bring someone else in I'd be fine with one of Sissoko and N'Koudou going out on loan. Or Sissoko sold - wishful thinking. Forgot we have Lamela too, if he ever comes back from injury. So many question marks for me with Lamela, strange injury, long time out - no idea how he will perform so I think it would be smart squad wise to prepare for the possibility that he won't be as good as he was this first season back. Attacking midfielders - one more first XI quality, pretty please Mr Levy!

Strikers
I'm fine with Kane and Janssen. Would be great in fantasy world to bring in an amazing second striker to backup Kane but I honestly don't think you can get a top striker to join when all they will ever get, if Kane is fit, is a few minutes here and there and the odd cup start. If he goes, then we will obviously need to replace him. Strikers - Done.

So long story short, I think our squad is almost there for me. Just bring in Aurier and an attacking midfielder as good as/better than Son and we will do very well this season imo! The second one is very important though and I will be very disappointed if we don't bring anyone in before the window shuts.

Lamella returning would put a whole new spin on things! I don't think we have seen enough of GKN to decide yet, but sadly we have probably seen enough of Sissoko.

Right so apparently United have put in an offer of £97m for Bale. Levy has 'the clause', you know the one, so, he must now put in a bid of £97m and a free pie at the new stadium, Real Madrid would have to accept (if they are planning to take the £97m from United - which they are probably not). He will have to bite the bullet on wages and pay the going rate for all our players if he pays GB what he wants. He should do that anyway.

I don't care what anyone says about the fucking balance sheet and being fucking financially responsible, who fucking dares fucking wins - we will be getting at least £150m in TV money alone this season, that has to go on players and wages.

I feel like we're going to make a couple more signings, if only loan deals. Lots of noise coming from PSG about DiMaria, who will have no place in their lineup, and even Lucas Moura.

Don't see either happening. Di Maria in particular would be a massive shock - £150k+ wages, 29 years old, did pretty shit in the prem previously, would cost a high transfer fee with no resale value. Couldn't be less of a Levy purchase. Don't see it happening at all. Lucas maybe, but still highly doubt it. Sorry, just being realistic. Happy to eat my hat if I'm wrong! :D

I'd imagine lots of PSG players have been offered out to lots of teams, what with PSG taking a runny dump on financial fair play. I'd imagine the conversation happened whilst Aurier talks that probably went like this...
PSG - "bonjour, fancy doing us a solid and taking a couple more of unwanted players as well as Serge?"
Levy - "nah you're alright chaps, you've already nabbed £23m of my holiday funds! If I don't come back to Joe with a profit on transfers I'll be in for a hiding and we won't go on the all-inclusive booze cruise he promised me."

Yeah no way we'd buy outright, but a loan with them covering some of wages like Citeh and adebayor a few years back might be possible. In fact it's probably they only way they'll get shot of some of their players who are as you say on such big wages

Like all true Spurs fans I will be wearing two pairs of socks tomorrow, just in case a pair gets knocked off VDV style. And if they don't get knocked off, I'll be able to fill them full of marbles to bludgeon the twat Man U fan who I just know will drop into the office at 2359 BST / 1859 local time.

"According to sauces" HP, is a nice sauce, so is Heinz - we have made a bid for Fernando Llorente to hijack the chavs bid. He don't not never sound like a Poch signing to me. 32 years old? Socks will remain crusty and smelly glued to the feet if tis happens I reckon. OK, he would be a good backup option for Harry Kane but for feck's bleeding sake when are Evil Joe and Levy going to spend OUR money? Yes it is our money, we paid for it through membership, tickets, crap merchandise, Sky subs. That money should be spent on players and wages, there is fucking hundreds of millions sitting in those fuckers's trousers.

I wonder if Serge Aurier is still 'imminent', he has been close, imminent, on the verge, close for fucking days. Personally I don't really want him, he is a nasty cunt. But it seems that many Spurs fans don't care who wears the shirt these days as the game is about winning not glory. Sir Bill would not have him in the squad, nor would I.

Marbles.... effective, if not unnecessary. The constant mass of a pool ball (or 2) is much more effective. I've also seen tins of tuna used to very great effect. I suppose if you'd like to be different (assuming due to the marble comment) and add a slight air of sophistication to the event you could go with a nice pole caught tinned salmon. Same effect as a tin of tuna, and if we do sign Messi at 18:59 (local time to you) you could celebrate with a nice salmon bagel which would doubley piss off the plastic manc prick as we'd have Messi and he'd not have a lovey salmon bagel.

Either way 2 pairs of socks is a must today for a true yid...

We only need look at recent history of Poch's reign to see that his attitude does not in any way fit in with what we have built.

*Ade
*Kaboul
*Lennon
*Walker
*Rose (hopefully by the end of the day)

All fucked off because they challenged his authority. I can't see this ending well and this could be the one that cracks open the relationship between manager and chairman if it goes wrong.

Erm BBC reporting we've had a bid for Llorente accepted with Janssen going out on loan somewhere..

And so deadline day madness begins!

Duh! Of course he would rather sign for us, he's probably rather have needled jabbed into his eyes than sign for those cunts! But, will he reign in his neck and take the pay cut, which would be like accepting a deal on Dragons Den, a few quid less now for a glorious future? Or will he want the wedge today and a slide into mediocrity tomorrow, living in a leaky old caravan on a rubbish tip, scraping round for plastic to sell to pay for a tin of Lidl baked beans?

OK, if we are not going to give Vincent the time he needs then loaning him out makes a lot of sense. He could become a great player, but not with his arse on the bench and coming on for 3 minutes a game. I have read media bollocks that we are going to sell him and buy Llorente, that would be fucking stupid. Vincent is the future, Llorente has to be a short-term option?
