I respect ITK re DL giving up on fourth. But I think that is opinion, because he desperately wants 4th. No comments on anything else, but looking very nice  Difference between JM and our brilliant Poch, who I will always hold in high regards. JM gets what he wants, or trouble:smug:
heard that there could be as many as 6 leaving the club by deadline for mixture of transfers and loans should all the deals currently being negotiated get over the line. Two of those deals are looking in the balance so could go either way. Other 4 are looking more likely.
The rebuild has only just begun. I personally am very excited. Lots to look forward to in the summer too as I have previously stated.
Who: dragon1
When: 26th January
Subject: Bale
Remember my words I used not long ago ‘creative accounting’ is only way our target deals will be achieved. Selling clubs trying to have us over a barrel. Looking very, very good. 95+% out in the media is bang on
We could be dancing at the Moulin Rouge

Moulin is windmill, so someone dutch?
PSV play in red (rouge)
I'm assuming it's not just Bergwijn.

Striker likely to be Piatek, we have been offered Emre Can and we have declined.

big money (or big signing or whatever) means bale/bruno, not a 30m bergwijn
Brilliant insight right there, thanks for telling us TottenhamBoys....lolWho: TottenhamBoys

the is more as an opinion. Do you really think in this day ad age a player is going to jump on a plane, have/plan medical without selling club’s consent? Lol. Let’s not talk about what happened few years ago. More like PSV leaking half truths.
99.9% done, should be concluded this week. I got told contract talks so going off that I'm guessing a permanent transfer.
Who: BenWho: sunderland spur

Subject: Rose to Newcastle
Will only be a loan
Nothing spectacular to add, but the fact we look very likely to be moving on the two biggest issue(player wise) within the next couple of days is very good news.
Piatek still the most likely incoming I hear, although possibly one more once we get the outs sorted.
Islam Slimani? I have heard zilch on this. Unless something ridiculous has happened, I would be gobdmacked. Nothing my ‘endz’
I am going to be extremely cautious with what I am about to say. Please do not start guessing games etc, as some have. CE expected to be announced tomorrow. May I add, that with us we drag things out. SB everything agreed fee-wise, and structure not far from being finalised, if it hasn’t already in the past hour or so. KP we are where he wants to come. We want loan with option, and not crazy loan fee Milan want. Willian Josè actually still in the fire, and his club willing to do almost any deal. Striker from Germany our back-up, and it is not Werner. There is another that is back up to all this. The DM is seen as 60/40 against in this window.
DL still wants CL, and with the limited funds trying to make the digits work, and keep the banks happy. JM wants SB & striker done by Wednesday. Bale is not happening!
CAUTION
That is the state of play, but you know us. Don’t blame DL here, as his hands are tied. He is doing everything to make it happen. And this is not come via club’s ‘spin doctors’
The six who could be leaving ahead of deadline as stated earlier:
Eriksen (done)
Rose (he prefers loan as wants a nice big signing on fee at end of his contract. He’s not liked by the hierarchy and don’t think he likes them much!)
CCV
Parrott (championship loan before you all s*** yourselves
Wanyama (agent offering to every club in professional football and Levy trying to use him as part of a number of incomings. Not going to reveal all the issues he has faced in recent seasons as unfair on him and his career).
KWP
Foyth situation is dynamic but highly unlikely to leave as it stands.
The incomings are all out there. If an opportunity comes along which Jose likes/on our radar and is doable then wouldn’t rule out another deal. Bale not happening as all
of us knew but didn’t want to know!
Overall opinion: It’s a good start to the rebuild which actually began in the summer.
In the summer I expect us to conclude deals for long term targets And address squad issues (CDM, LB and RB). Board already in talks with a LB but have no name.
Also, just opinion on this. I know we were very interested in Bowen but logic tells me that once we complete signing of SB, he will no longer be joining us. Same position.
We want an option and Milan want an obligation, everything else is agreed, loan fee etc.
Problem is the above is a pretty big part of the deal
Milan are no fools, I expect 6 months with obligation is what they are after"
Absolutely agree, you must have the patience of a saint mate.@USspur nice one for posting up all the links, it makes it much easier for lazy fuckers like me to keep up to date with all the bullshit...
Lo Celso done.
Eriksen gone.
Did I not speak constantly about ‘creative’ accounting? Final piece (striker) will be the same, you have to give it to our chairman. I call it how I see it, with zero agenda! :smug:

I thought we all know is as ‘given-done’ as it gets. But let’s wait, as I hate that word ‘done’. I only used it for clarity, as my last post peeps are wondering if SB has collapsed. And that one not dependent on any outgoings. #CautionApplied
I'm told maybe one more today. But I doubt it.
DM & FORMATION
The DM we wanted proving/proved too risky financially. JM very happy with that. If something remarkable changes (opportunity) we will jump, like a VDV scenario.
JM has watched GF very closely for years, and believes he can grow into an very calming influence in the centre of the pitch. Told you he has developed a new system, which will slowly become apparent. It is very quick ball movement. Switching play quickly etc. With extremely dangerous/fast counter-attack, with a ‘cold-eyed’ finisher (Kane/KP) on the end of things. Kane will be rested much more next season.
