Frank rightly gets credit for being flexible but we don’t have the squad to really play in any clear way. We don’t have the pace, power and holdup ability to really be successful sitting deep and soaking up pressure. But we don’t have the overall quality to control games. I guess the best that could be said is that we are able to sort of hang around in these games, but tonight that was pretty much due to Vic being great and their finishing being poor.

It is easy to pick on certain players after this game, but i am not above taking the easy route. Xaxi is absolutely horrible. He is weak on the ball, makes bad decisions, soft passer, and can't beat anyone 1 v 1. Kolo whoever just doesn't do anything. Doesn't work to get involved, just ghosts in the background. Danso and Mikey didn't have theor best, but were reciving a steady flow of hospital passes.Paulie and Bentancur and Sarr are ... fine. Just hard to play them together. The full backs were decent and it was a miracle they didn't get overrun. Read something this week that rated Vicario the best keeper in the league. Today he looked likenit or it would have been 4 nil. Not sure what Frank could have done differenly. We couldn't even win long balls.
