Guess what, even with all the money world we cannot compete with certain clubs. This is not Levy’s fault or anyone at the club…there are bigger clubs playing in bigger competitions with more money…..
Every player we are ever linked with gets pick up by a bigger club or are offered a new contract at the big club they are already at.
Traore came from Barca, he will go back there. Vlahovic goes to Juventus because they are fucking Juventus. This why we end up with the odd superstar (Modric),the dependable (Holjberg) and the shit (ndombele) and repeat forever.
Yes, I know we didn’t strengthen when we should and that is the fault of the owners, but we have been pretty shit to watch for the last 3 years so god knows we need to build our reputation up.

Some fair points mate but Levy is at fault for still employing that muppet Hitchen, i can understand a few of his transfers and it's unfortunate that the likes of Sess, Tanguy and Davinson haven't paid off, having looked seriously good prospects at their previous clubs but the bottom line is, that 90% of his transfers have failed to make any real impact on our first XI. Pretty much every single one of his purchases has devalued in price, i'd say that's a level of incompetence that in most industries you'd be packing your bags for.

Yeah mate I have no qualms with the Ndombele transfer, I think Dembele was almost impossible to replace like for like but thought Tanguy was as close to his replacement as we were likely to get, just so disappointing.
I know it’s easy in hindsight but if they had done their proper due diligence on him, they’d have found a player with attitude and weight problems. Although I guess it’s scraping the barrel to use that as a negative against us buying him.
