Two poorly defended corners and some poor finishing but our build up play has been delightful.

On any other day we’d have put up half a dozen by now.

One thing I take from that is that at some point this will click and a poor, unfortunate pack of bastards will have the cleaners put right through them.

If Ange can get the defence sorted out then we’ll be just fine.

No surprise that angry spurs twitter are complaining already and are acting as if it’s December and we’re deep into the new season.

Sounds like a lot of positives though.

Considering how long Ange has had the players, I was impressed to see how much the players have taken on his ideas and implemented them pretty well.

We were dominant, played attacking football and our overall play was excellent. Lo Celso looked excellent, so dI’d Udogie at times. I also liked the link between Maddison and Solomon.

Defence punished for 2 sloppy mistakes, but as we conceded 60+ goals last season, we should improve the personnel over the next few weeks.

Quite happy to watch this football every week

i reckon that wins you 9 games out of 10. Any Spurs fan unhappy with that needs to be dropped on their head. Moreso given our starting point and known defensive issues.

Initial impressions are CBs still suck, Reguillon probably needs to go, and Udogie should be a starter on the left. Heck, bringing in ONE good CB probably changes the whole squad...which means we probably won't.
