They just dropped points to Wolves. We can put a serious dent in their hopes for the title everybody seems to think they’ll win this season with a result. Forget about Frank and not having four available players and a manager nobody knows anything about. Let’s fucking go.

Someone needs to order a giant inflatable bottle and fly it over the stadium.

I did read something that made me laugh about Igor though. It said something like "Out of all of the top managers in the Premier League, Igor looks like he could actually kick the shit out of all of them" 😂

Actually looking forward to watching the game for the first time in a long time thanks to Frank.

A bit of a Joe Jordan vibe about him

I haven't a Scrooby doo what this fella will bring. Think we can take points off them tbh....they're nervy now, they've let an 11 point lead slip and now they face the side that want them to fail more than anyone else coupled with having a new man in the dugout who specialises in motivation and aggression...

They've got no chance..

2-1...

Dele returns to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday as our special guest for the north London derby (4.30pm UK).
One of the most popular players of the modern era - 67 goals in 269 appearances in all competitions - the attacking midfielder won the hearts of Spurs fans over his seven years in Lilywhite, 2015-22. It says it all that his song 'we've got Dele...' was the first sung by fans at the new stadium, ahead of opening night against Palace in April, 2019.
Supporters will be able to serenade him again at half-time on Sunday, when he will no doubt reminisce about some magical Spurs memories with Paul Coyte.

Dele in action in one of his earliest Spurs appearances – our pre-season clash with the MLS All-stars in July, 2015.
Snapped up from MK Dons in February, 2015, Dele remained at MK for the rest of that 2014/15 season, spearheading them to promotion from League One - he was voted the Football League's Young Player of the Season.
Dele was phenomenal once he pulled on the Lilywhite shirt. He was voted PFA Young Player of the Year and named in the PFA’s Team of the Year in 2015/16 and 2016/17. His stunning turn and volley at Palace won Match of the Day's 2015/16 Goal of the Season. He scored twice in huge wins against Real Madrid in the UCL and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in 2017/18. He scored again in a 3-1 win against the Blues in 2018/19, then added a delicious chip in the Carabao Cup win at Arsenal to his highlights reel. He set up Lucas Moura’s famous UCL semi-final winner at Ajax, and started eight games on the road to Madrid, including the final.
Internationally, Dele was part of England's Euro 2016 and 2018 FIFA World Cup squads, memorably scoring in the quarter-final win against Sweden as the Three Lions reached the semi-finals in Russia. He went on to earn 37 caps.
Dele eventually moved to Everton in February, 2022 and has since had spells at Everton, Besiktas and Como.

You know when it's match day, but then you realise it's the NLD..but then you realise how absolutely huge this one is ??
I just think Igor will have them playing like men possessed!!

14 players out and I'm nervous. But really believe we're going to get a result today.

This end with one side having 9 men through injury or cards

Was reading earlier that there's apparently a chance that Madders might play again this season which would be fantastic.

Same. This is too much tension for my aging heart. In a pub in Toronto full of hockey louts. It's a Spurs pub as well, so there's a possibility of aggro if the hockey game doesn't finish up in time for NLD kickoff.

Craziest hockey game I've ever seen. Hoping for similar quality in about 45 mins.

Through the middle of the park our passing is fucking dreadful... None of them are passers of the ball...

Strap in for some looping balls and the old skool overlap play... We're back to basics...

There's gonna be a lot of defending to do today...
