Sadly, I don't think that will happen. As for the players, it's hard to know--I think our best players in Son and Kane are pretty much ideally suited to Mourinhoball, but fuck me it's hard to watch. I saw someone on Twitter point out that Mourinho is so cynical he's naive: you can't just soak up pressure, even against teams at the bottom of the table, for extended periods of time anymore.

In fairness, Sissoko has been doing a stellar job alongside Hojbjerg. So why on earth would fuckbag Mourinho play Winks who offers nothing and compromise the work Sissoko does by playing him wide right? What was the fucking point of that? WInks is a very limited footballer and whilst Sissoko is far from perfect, the fact that he gets in the way of things is the reason he is a perfect foil for Hojbjerg.
And then to amplify his fuckup Mourinho leaves the best part 100 PL goals on the bench on the form of Dele and Bale to bring on that guy with a vagina (who I quite like and should start instead of Bergwijn when/if he is ever fully fit) and Vinicius. The game did not require a second striker. It needed somebody to unpick a lock like Dele can or provide a moment of magic such as Bale is capable of.
And the notion that N'dombele can't play 90 minutes is horseshit. He should never have been substituted when we were chasing the game.
