A win here would be smashing. Let's show those pesky media types that we can win a European game anywhere, including the cursed jinxed Wemberlee. The previous form between us and them is irrelevant really, we've only played them twice, in the tin pot cup, and we came 2nd both times. We beat the mighty Everton on Saturday, they were held to a 0-0 draw agains Freiburg, so we are more betterer than what they are!

Have to admit I was well impressed with Sanchez... I reckon Poch knows what he is doing as Aurier looked well tidy too.

Even though we scored early doors they did look to be knocking on the door right from the off and getting round us down both flanks almost at will... I was a little nervous I don't mind telling you even after we went ahead again... don't want to say we rode our luck a bit but maybe we sis a smite or maybe we had it all under control from the off and that was our plan..

Second half the Poch changed it up... and we mullahed them...

Well happy with that, rode our luck at times but great 2nd half display. Words can't explain how much love I have for Harry Kane!!

Aurier... that was a bloody good debut. I did think he maybe had a few little mistakes, but nothing super terrible. Had some fucking cracking interplay with Eriksen, some of it was borderline telepathic after a week or so. Davinson Sanchez, he's a fucking beast. Just levering people off the ball.

Then Jan gets sent off for slapping the pie muncher.

Still, they had a good goal ruled out... but on a different day we'd have scored six in that game... easily. I think Dortmund got out a bit lucky in the end.

Thought we played well overall, maybe a bit overawed in the first half... but we sussed things in the second half.

It would be rather nice if we to the Real Madrid game with Dortmund on no points... though if Dortmund defend like that, Real Madrid are going to tear them apart.

Ben, Jan and Toby were giants! The ref was a cunt, the useless stick bloke who missed 3 corners was a cunt, they definitely didn't bring a bus to park, they were brilliant in possession and battered us for 3/4 of the game but our brave boys kept them out. A proper European game, I hated it and loved it. I don't think Jan should have got the 2nd yellow, luckily he will miss the game against the bubbles so it could have been much worse.
