Broken record and all, but another must-win game. Same team plus Royal for Matt. While Royal is bad and makes some horrible errors, he does actually offer something in attack at times. Would be nice to see him step up because we're stuck with him for the rest of the season. Gotta think Conte will have them firing for this one and it should be a comfortable win. Next two matches are tough but winnable, so this one is a must. A thrashing would be nice, but 2-1 will do fine.

As it stands at the moment, I'd take a 91st winner off Royal's arse.
We're in an interesting position though if you think about it. A win today and we're only 2 points behind Chelsea in 3rd spot.
Chelsea's next league game is at home to Arsenal and I think it's their game in hand as well. An Arsenal win means that 3rd place then legitimately opens up as a possibility which would have been unthinkable at the start of the season.

That game showed that Potter is a good manager who deserves to be at a much bigger club. If Conte packed his bags at the end of the season, we could certainly do worse than appointing Potter.
It also showed that we still don’t have the squad depth that we need to get anywhere near silverware or anything of note.

I'm not even that arsed about the goons doing us another favour. All these cunts earning hundreds of thousands of pounds a week had to fo was to put in a shift for 7 games and they would have been guaranteed Champions League football next season. 7 fucking decent games of fucking football is not much to ask to repay the fans for their fucking appalling lack of commitment earlier in the season. Maybe they have a minuscule, gnat's pube of an excuse for the earlier bollocks, Levy's fucking around with managers and appointing a bloke not up to the job could have caused umptiness in the dressing room, but they are massively highly paid professionals and should fucking act like it. Nobody came off the pitch today wearing a shirt that was too sweat soaked to bother washing, they could probably just hang the fuckers on the line and wear them again next week. They don't give a fuck, they will earn more than most people can in 4 or 5 years every fucking week.
