OK another great day in store for us! Arsenal and/or City will drop points, we will win by a bucketload and close that gap, we are not minding those gaps yet, but closing them is pucker! Mind The Gap - coming soon!

Will be more difficult than Hull and Swansea but hoping for a similar game and a load of goals. Harry hat-trick in 4-1 win for me.

Yeh, think this one might be quite open. Wouldn't surprise me if we concede but I reckon we'll have enough to win by a couple

So nobody noticed that the first graphic I posted was total pony then eh? Wake up people, how the fuck could we have played 10 Premier League games against Burnley when this is only the 3rd season the fuckers have been in the PL? Come on people, wake up! How can I be expected to post proper facts if nobody is checking my stuff!

Sorry, I had to change the code to build the pages and being in holiday mode I fucked it up, should be good now.

That is the worst case of tempting fate that I've ever seen......if we come unstuck on Sunday Poch will be looking in Greek island sort of direction......along with the rest of us!!!

Greetings from Orlando my fine band of Spursy dudes :) Hope everyone is well and looking forward to Christmas and of course the festive football program.

Caught the second half of the Hull game (was still trying to figure out fecking NBCSN internet rubbish through the entire first half !),thought we played well, but honestly we're still capable of going through the gears.

I'm concerned about Burnley, got no idea why, they just strike me as one of those teams that can be a pain in the ass. I've seen a lot of people suggest on that forum that we play a weakened team because it's only Burnley. I say play our strongest team as we have 10 days off after that and I'll end up screaming if we go in under estimating them and come away with a drawn.

I don't think it is in Poch's nature to play a weakened team, @birdonaball There again with our current squad I can't see a weakened team within their ranks. ;)

We'll have none of this play a 'weakened' team crap in this parish....we have some nicely spaced games coming up with little travel....let's go out and smash all of them finishing with Chelsea at home.

....The 'old' Lane, we support a dynamic club that is striding into the future with a new White Hart Lane on the same site.....it's all good

i know, but wembley was built on the same site!and thats soul-less.Like you the old lane is part of life, however good the future is at NWHL,I am going to feel gutted May 13/14,even if we won the title that day.
(Even if i am looking forward to the future.)

Yeah mate, it will always be the Lane to me, they can try and rename it to the Durex Johnny Bag or Mr Buyrite's Emporium or whatever. It will always be the Lane, just a nice shiney new one. I don't particularly want a new one, I like the old one and I don't think the increased revenues will make the slightest difference in this world of obscene TV money, but I can't stop progress. Fuck, that annoys me, here I am with my godlike powers and I can't even stop progress - fuck you progress, you cunt.

Team news update: @AlderweireldTob misses out today with a slight back problem,Mauricio: "He’s not injured, he got a problem in the last training session in his back but it’s not a big issue, it’s only a small problem."

I weren't not never worried, apart from when I thought Sissoko was going off again, I was a bit worried then, and I was a bit worried about Hugo, he had a bit of a wobbly day, and apart from some other worrying times - not remotely worried!

Another double day, we won the scum lost, pucker!

Another good, important win where we dominated the game stayed in touch at the top and set up a happy Christmas, A couple of wins against Southampton and Watford will do nicely as my present thank you, and for icing on the Christmas cake a win against Chelsea will start the New Uear off perfectly, what's not to like??

It will be great on some occasion very soon to turn all this possession, chances, shots on goal and Christ knows what else into actual goals....there a Wigan coming on soon....I can feel it in my water...
