As the New Year approaches, please remember that this can be a very stressful time. So if any of you live in West London, could you please pop round to Thomas Tuchel's house and check that he's OK? I saw him on the telly after the Chelsea-Brighton game, and I think he might be about to spontaneously combust. He didn't look at all well. And he's down to his last 35 full internationals to put out a team.

And if anyone is in the Liverpool area, please also be nice to Jordan Henderson - he is worried that no-one is concerned about the welfare of premier league footballers. I assume "no-one" excludes the armies of medics, physios, psychologists and nutritionists who devote all of their time to pampering multi-millionaire 18-30 year olds.
