My favorite low calorie snack (that is also high in protein, fat free, low in carbohydrates, and high in fiber) is Schwebel's Lite Wheat Bread. There are only 70 calories in two slices, and they taste great with some reduced sugar jelly/jam smeared in between them. Now, Schwebel's also makes a Lite White Bread (if you are not a wheat person),but many of the nutritional benefits of the wheat bread are lost. Many other bread manufacturers also make "lite" versions of their bread, but this one seems to be the best all-around.

sounds great, but I prefer
Maple brown sugar oatmeal w/ a little bit of peanut butter & a splash of milk.
130 oatmeal + 70-100 peanut butter 25 milk. easy 225-250 snack that gets you satisfied.

Does one chose a white or a red wine to accompany that?

Low cal for you maybe...
