Hercules response to abovePassed it on behind the scenes earlier today but been told we have now agreed a fee for Romero. I know that contradicts other very very good ITK and maybe my contact has jumped the gun but their words were that a fee had been agreed.
Your on the money!
There are developments with Atalanta & Romero. Let’s just say they keep changing the goalposts, which has now infuriated Juve and the player. Anything else I say will compromise my sources. Suffice to say I am extremely confident.
I keep saying the same thing, we have funds!
Lucas & Stevie not for sale. Japhet is not available for a loan, unless a remarkable loan exchange opportunity (for example) comes our way. NES concerns with him is his injuries he keeps picking up. He is on very specific diet and training plans.
Three specific youngsters, aside from Dane, has really impressed NES. Skipp has blown absolutely the staff away with how good he is.
Not sure how far behind I am on Romero but told club still expect it to happen. Hoping today or tomorrow. As I say though I'm not sure how far behind I am on this. Still want another CB on top but it's Romero first, other wise our second CB options may change.
Likely to be at least one more out this week maybe 2. There's is serious interest(I know of) for Sissoko, CCV, Winks, Bergwijn, Moura although Nuno seems keen to keep Lucas now.
Kane still not for sale.
Could we put a stop to all the bullshit dailies with Romero. Do you really think we offer say 10m short of their asking price, and all of a sudden within minutes they now want an extra 20m? Please wake up my lovelies. Just to let you know, we as good as met what they want. Nobody ever give ls you the exact penny you want. More about structural payments, which is common. And I don’t see an issue with that. Remember Hive owns the player, and ‘obligation’ is actually conditional with the player and Juve also.
Juve can’t pull the plug! But player seriously set on joining us! What happens if Atalanta hinders it? Will he agree to sign option? Game of poker. We could then wait a year, and agree lesser fee with Juve.
I am posting lot today (I am aware) but this is for educational purposes. This is not a game of Monopoly, or Football manager. Facts are the PL are in a very strong financial position, pandemic inclusive. European clubs are basically skint! When clubs like ours come in for one of their players, they turn giddy, thinking their lotto numbers have come in. They then try to negotiate replacements. Agents hear about it, and add a few digits with selling club.
Selling club try to past that unto buying club. Buying club threatens to walk away. They engage with another selling club, and more importantly agree a fee. Agent:s hear about it, they do not want to miss their gravy. Original selling club of preferred player starts to panic. Wants to invite other bids. None come in! What do you think they try next? There is your answer.
No serious offers for him. NES does not want to leave himself short CB-wise! If he was to go, then only after we bring in replacement/s.
We are medical away. But concerned about Japan getting to Final next weekend, then waiting until end of week for him to arrive. He feels he may need at least a two week break. We refuse that. Still expected to happen.
We want this resolved weekend! News just in-We are not prepared to hang around! We have agreements in principle on two other good alternatives. NES wants to be working with nee CB’s by circa next Wednesday as a guide.
Possibly could go until before end of Window. We are trying to avoid this. But players we earmarked, their clubs wants replacements first agreed provisionally.
As stated, we HAD agreed what we thought was the acceptable fee for Romero. However, Atalanta keep moving the goalposts and I've said it previously but Paratici won't be messed around and has given a deadline before he will move on.
We are STILL very confident that we will agree a deal and there is pressure building from all sides for Atalanta to accept our offer. Romero returns to training early next week and we want him here. Given the current financial state of many European clubs, it really is a huge amount of money for Atalanta and they're trying to maximise their income and you can't blame them for that. I honestly don't think they can afford to turn down the amount we offered and that is the main reason alongside the willingness of the player to come that I remain extremely confident that he will be our player.
- Don’t listen to Twitter or papers about Romero, relax as they are putting out a lot of bullshit. Atalanta are leaking a lot as negotiating tactics.
- Paratici in control, not Levy this summer.
- Jose said no to Dias last summer and Poch also said no to Bruno, we were happy to pay for both.
- We also have offers in on other players but you dont know about them so don’t worry about it
- We have another potential 5 outs so we have many options across the board.
we are looking at a RB, Back up Striker and cover for Hojberg
Hard to say which one leaves next. Moose has a ticket on the same bus as Toby(different stop though). Firm interest also in Dav, Serge, Lucas, Bergwijn CCV and Winks.
They won't all go and I think Dier stays this window now.
Moose has a ticket on the same bus as Toby (different stop though).... He can't be up for the fight if that's the case... if that's how it is then he will never fulfil his potential and anything we can get now will be a bonus... get fucking shot.Who: Trix
When: 31st July
We are close on Romero now but differing to some media posts no agreement has been reached But we are close on numbers and player wants the move
in a twist they want the Japanese lad as his replacement , we have an agreement in place for the boy and not willing to let Atlanta have him which slows the Romero deal down as they want a replacement in before letting him leaves
I am so very bored of talking about Harry Kane!
Truth is, he is being a bit difficult right now. Will not divulge too much information on this. He has been told formally and informally, and his brother Charlie has been warned about his contractual obligations! We will NOT budge, unless our valuation is met in good time before end of window.
Joe Lewis, who does not often get involved is of the same seam as DL on this. Basically ‘you sang well when you signed your very lucrative six year contract, with lucrative perks we advised and structured for you. You are halfway in, with three years left. Do not even try to force the issue with us!’
What Lies Beneath said:
We don’t want to sell Kane however he will be sold if the value is met after heartfelt conversations between Levy and Harry ! This will ultimately be Daniel’s call not Paratici. I informed Rob and A&C 2 weeks ago. The feeling in our camp is that the offer will arrive regardless of them signing their other target.
Right I'm going to say it again and some might think I was wrong the other day but we genuinely thought we had met the required fee/structure etc a few days back.
Just woke up to a message from my source saying he was told last night it was now all agreed. Might look like after timing following some reports but I can only pass on what I'm told.
Whilst everyone is at, please stop posting ‘We are going back with another *********bid’
Bull shit Twatter crap!!!
There are no issues
Romero isn’t done. As of this morning negotiations remained ongoing. Spurs really pushing. It probably will happen but it’s not done yet and the negotiations have been delicate. Personally desperate for this one to happen.
Also have heard nothing to suggest we are interested in Adama. Think it’s just journalists putting 2 + 2 together and making 9
This is out there already but we are looking to offload MANY players so lots of outs in the coming days. I reckon this season will probably be a transition season as the squad is being overhauled.
As it stands, we're back in pole position...
Sevilla want Sanchez and Chelsea won't meet their cash-only asking price for Kounde. It could, and likely will, all change again though before it's over and the player still prefers Chelsea.
Nuno likes what he's seen of Sess and so Ben will get limited game time. He's not being pushed but with serious offers coming in for him it makes sense to let him go.
One thing to say about him is that he has been the model pro throughout his time with us. He's very popular behind the scenes and if any kids out there wanted a role model for how to carry yourself and behave as a pro footballer. Ben is about as good as it gets.
We might be able to do better on the pitch but we won't off it.
As I said couple of days ago Romero is done Be announced shortly
Tomayssu will also happen
we are struggling to shift players , dier , winks , aurrier , sissoko there all on big wages we are finding it hard to move players on
Sanchez is the only one we have firm interest in two Spanish teams and two German but I think he will go Seville
We've heard from multiple sources now that we still plan on a high turnover in players, irrespective of the Kane situation. Lots of ins/outs planned. Our informed speculation is that Paratici's lined up various deals and is now close to deciding which he pulls the triggers on.
