That's all we need, just one goal. Score one or stop the other buggers getting one and we would be in a realistic position to be challenging the dippers!
Our current period of PL crappy-iffiness started on the 23rd February 2019 when we lost to Burnley. In the 33 games since then we have won 11, drawn 8 and lost 14. If we had scored one more goal in all of the draws (or stopped the other team scoring that goal, there were no scoreless games) that would have earned us 16 more points. 11 of the losses were by just one goal, so that would have been another 11 points if we had smashed one in or stopped the bastrards scoring their one decisive goal.
This season we have drawn 6 times and lost by just one 5 times, so by applying my patented 'Get one or stop one' rule, we would have 17 more points and the Dippers would be down 2 points, and we would be 7 points behind them in second place, the win we will get today by applying 'G1orS1' would have narrowed their lead to 4 points with 16 left to play.
It is not too much to ask is it? Professional athletes, earning millions, please do everything you possibly can for just 90 minutes to stop the opposition getting that one goal and give 100% effort to get that one extra goal for us. If it is too much too ask and you are feeling tired. a bit achey or just can't be arsed then kindly fuck off as far as you can and when you get there fuck off a bit more.
