Off we go again! Some folks think we had a disappointing result this week, but with Arsenal, Chelsea , Liverpool and Manchester United all dropping points then that away draw to Sunderland doesn't seem so bad. Definitely on for 3 points here so we hold onto 2nd place, money back guarantee!

I do love your stat gizmo thingy but I need to know, why are some numbers in blue and others are in green? They not even symmetrical.

Now I have written that, I now see (I think) are odd numbers green and even numbers blue?

No mate they are totally random, it is a set of graphics I bought. Waddya mean 'not symmetrical'? They take up the same amount of space but are not the same size, just like real numbers, 1 is littler than 8 etc.

I change them quite often, I have had some really nasty ones that I liked for about 5 minutes, so maybe the next set will be more popular to the people, I don't want to thwart the will of the people.

Well better late than never I suppose......ha ha! Tough Tuesday night, but took a point and moved up to second, good stuff. That will have given the lads a reminder of what we are aiming for this season and if it didn't Poch will have done. Need to get back on it on Saturday evening, no slip ups at home please, the Sunderland result should have ensured that doesn't happen. Luckily we're not playing Swansea or Watford eh!

Spurs 2 or 3 nil, a bit of an ugly game again. Second place in the league, still all to play for.... Good luck lads.

Exciting news! I've only gone and got a ticket for this one! At last I get to say goodbye to WHL with a 90min sing song in the Park Lane (very excited).

Not interested in lineups or any of that crap, we are gonna steam into them and play wonderful football so that's all that matters.

Is anyone going to this and are they up for a pint before hand? I've got to collect ticket so will be walking up from 7 sisters if anyone knows of/will be in a pub on that route let me know.

COYS!

Lloris is available to face Middlesbrough tomorrow, but Nkoudou and Trippier are still out. Rose will see a specialist on Monday.Pochettino says Jan Vertonghen is running outside and could be back in two or three weeks.: "@ErikLamela's progression is good. Day by day he's getting there. It's important to be cautious but positive."

Tottenham left-back Danny Rose will see a specialist on Monday to confirm the extent of his knee injury, manager Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed.

Rose, 26, was replaced by Ben Davies during Tuesday's 0-0 draw at Sunderland and had a knee scan on Thursday.

The England international has started 18 of Spurs' 23 Premier League games this season, but will miss the visit of Middlesbrough on Saturday.

"We need to wait until Monday to see the specialist," said Pochettino.

The Argentine is also without defenders Kieran Trippier and Jan Vertonghen, who suffered an ankle ligament injury two weeks ago.

"Jan Vertonghen is better and starting to run, which is very positive," added Pochettino.

Middlesborough have a very good defensive record, it's not easy scoring against them, so a few people might be upset if we don't get 4 or 5. Only Chelsea, United, Everton, Arsenal and us have a better defensive record in the Premier League this season, luckily their offensive record is pony, they have scored the lowest number of goals in the league so far just 19. They share the record for the most number of draws with United, although Mourinho will probably tell you those 9 draws were actually wins. We are not far behind with 8 draws so far this season. Middlesbrough also share the record for the fewest wins, just 4.

In years past, you know what that would mean come game day. lol

Fortunately MP has sorted that out.

3 points please. No ifs no buts except ours holding onto 2nd place when we head to Anfield next week.

Enjoy the game to those going, I'm incredibly jealous:p

I tell you what though, we have definitely had our fair share of injuries this season. Saw on sky sports app, them comparing our injuries with Chelsea. We stand at 6 at the moment, they have 0. Considering how many we have had this season surely we're due a clean run at some point..... right?

I saw that report too.
We do have far more 'physical' injuries but when you tally up that other club's lengthy list of psychological issues...

You know that the reno at Stamford Bridge is truly limited to padding its walls & issuing straight jackets. The rest of the money is being wasted on their rehab.

Tottenham's Danny Rose is out with a knee injury, joining fellow defender Jan Vertonghen on the sidelines.

Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Kieran Trippier are also absent but Hugo Lloris returns in goal after illness.

Middlesbrough remain without the injured pair of George Friend and Gaston Ramirez, while Calum Chambers is doubtful with a foot problem.

New signing Adlene Guedioura is available but is expected to start on the bench.

Hasnt helped us,cos the chavs have played significantly less matches, out the league cup early,no europe.I think we have handled it quite well squad wise, the cup game with wycombe looks a set back in terms of defensive depth, but wimmer alongside jan or toby is pretty solid still.Big chance for Davies this, international player, hasnt looked his best last two matches, needs to settle in like he did last year when called upon.

We also probably notice it more because we've had two seasons with barely any injuries at all.

Yeah and these have been mostly impact or joint injuries--just bad luck, as opposed to the muscle injuries that call training methods into question.

I like this line up. I'd prefer to go with 4 at the back with Vertonghen and Rose out. And we've got a bit more firepower with Son starting to try and break them down.

Dippers and Arse both losing, this game could go a long way to removing Spurys.
