New Manager?

I would not, under any circumstance, hire Brendan Rogers as Tottenham Hotspur manager. I do not believe he could manage the amount of talent we have at Tottenham. Also our team deserve a manager with more worldly respect. We have a few world class players and mostly players who are of a very much higher standard who require a world class manager. I would prefer Rafael Benitez to Rogers. Maybe Bielsa? Ledley King must stay. His presence is paramount. What do you think?

I think it matters not a single fuck who manages the team if Levy is still at the club....

He will short change and penny punch as he has for the last 2 decades regardless of who is in charge....

Rogers has proved to be a very good gaffer. Belisia wouldn't work in the Spurs regime as he requires control and trust, Benitez while great I view as a similar prospect to the current incumbent in that his age has past.

Dont agree at all. There was as much talent at Liverpool when he was there, and every one of them played for him. They played attacking football and were great to watch, and I'd say he'd be within Levy's budget.
I couldn't think of a better option at a decent wage, for a gaffer who's already proved himself at 2 PL clubs already ? Go get him! And he can bring Maddison with him..

I do not Maddison either. Would not improve our team whatsoever. Sorry, Dave but Rogers and Maddison are not improvements for Tottenham Hotspur especially now we are high on the global stage.

Unfortunately I think this is the truth. Ironically if Mourinho wins something this year or somehow gets us top 4, I think Levy might keep him and Mourinho might be the best at getting money (and thus better players) out of Levy.

I would only tolerate Mourinho on one single condition, that we play like we did against Burnley yesterday, last 30 mins against West Ham recently, etc.

Hold firm! A couple of good performances do not make up for the dross we have been subjected to. That funny little bloke with the Charlie Chaplin moustache made the trains run on time, the orange 45 buffoon probably did at least one good thing, the wanker in number 10 gave London those bikes and I almost laughed at something that cunt Jonathan Ross said once. I will only tolerate Moron-io when he fucks off.

I would literally take any manager that wants to play attacking football. Mourinho basically laid out yesterday why he should be sacked. We have a side built for attacking football but he chooses to play otherwise. Levy can fuck off with him.

This is correct. He exhales carbon dioxide, which is good for plants.

Have you actually seen Maddison play?

The guy is a jet.

Yeah, he's brilliant. He'd walk into, and improve, any XI in the Premier League except City.
I think Guardiola is good, but he's not the messiah. If he were then with unlimited funds he'd have won the Champions League by now either at Bayern or City, he's done neither.

Yeah. And with the squad they have winning the quadruple this season should be an expectation. I’m sure it’s tougher than I think it is, but when you’ve got the kind of quality he has at his disposal (and a few other big clubs in England and throughout Europe are a bit off this season) City should be winning everything at a canter.

I said it once and ill say it again.

If I was a young up and coming manager I would not go to Spurs. Levy has ruined all but Poch the last 15 years.

It's a good point--under ENIC, managing the club has not really advanced anyone's career but Poch, who made a name for himself by proving he could actually coach and improve players despite Levy and co..

If we're going to get a manager who'll be cheap, hungry, talented and has a history here ? Scott Parker! I think he's going to turn out to be a top coach. But it's been said already, but while Levy's still calling the shots, alot of attractive names won't find us attractive at all...and I wouldn't blame them.

Levy will never allow a manager to manage the team. He is the ultimate expert on football, only he can make the deals needed to take us to the next level - how's that going? The next ' manager' will be a coach just like all the other 'managers' he has sacked.

Who is going to want to take the job now?

Anybody who signs on to a Super League franchise (and that is what we now are) will be seen as a pariah.

Congratulations Ryan Mason.

Following the departure of Jose Mourinho, we can now confirm that Ryan Mason will take charge as Interim Head Coach for the remainder of the season.

Ryan will be joined by Chris Powell and Nigel Gibbs as Interim Assistant Head Coaches and Michel Vorm as Interim Goalkeeping Coach. Ledley King will continue in his role as First Team Assistant.

Don't get me wrong... made up for Ryan and the rest... but this is a fucking cluster of fucks, again caused solely by Levy and his vanity project...

Cunt.

Absolutely, it's a monumental clusterfuck.

I am hopeful Tottenham will back out of this super league mess, Levy will resign as his position will be untenable. (Hopefully).

In 17 months, I've gone from some of the happiest memories in my Spurs supporting life under Poch to now not really caring very much at all.

If Covid, racism, poverty and the environment and their associated impacts on Global society have taught us anything, it's that football really isn't very important and that clearly some of the people associated with it are much less important than that. Greed and a disrespect for it's consequences is a very bad thing and we as a club appear to have that vice in spades.

Seriously, if this SL doesn't come off, if there aren't some kind of major concessions on the CL, it would be hard to see how Levy (and one or two other of these reptiles) could stay in their positions.
