Moura was MOTM by a country mile.... Bale turned up, Kane was Mustaed, Doherty looked like a footballer again, Reguillion is a 50 million quid defender and if we keep hold of him its an absolute coup.
PEH and Son look shattered but still grafted.... didn't think Winksy had an appalling game.
They offered only flashes and Eze had a night off and was rightly hooked... don't think any of their flair players fired tonight they were overall a bit insipid.

That was the best game I've watched for 4 months, possibly down to the fact that Palace scored just before half time and we had to go for it again in the second half. Fuck only knows why Mourinho didn't let them play like that in the corresponding away game and since....but hey ho. Reguilon makes such a difference, Bale has found himself and looked leaner and fitter, as well as playing with confidence and energy, Kane is just sublime, one of the best players on the planet and everyone else did very well too, especially Lucas Moura who never stopped running. This pressing now looks effective, so I have to say well played all 9/10. If we could deliver 10/10 next week that will just be dandy, thanks in advance.
