Charlton Athletic's game against Coventry City was delayed when both sets of supporters threw plastic pigs on the pitch.
Fans of both League One clubs held a protest march prior to the game to demonstrate their opposition to their respective club's current owners.
And the protest continued into the match when, in the second minute, around 3,000 small plastic pigs were thrown onto the playing surface.
