Tea time kick off! Don't get all comfy in your armchair for a normal 8 pm start - or you will have missed us beating this team in a foreign country. I have not the remotest scooby which one, but they're all the same innit?

Them there probabilities are not mine, they came from a random site that Google lobbed at me when I searched for the match, also it says tomorrow on the image, so if you are reading this tomorrow then adjust your brain to read tomorrow as today, if you are reading this on Thursday then you will need to tell your bonce that tomorrow means yesterday - OK?

I’ve been to PSV away, it was good fun until we lost on penalties. A bloke called Heurelho Gomes was in goal.....for them, that was before he started sleeping with my wife - wink.

Anyway we need to win this otherwise we’re probably leaving this competition early this year and that will upset Daniel’s balance sheet. I think we will, maybe just by a single goal. Lamela with the winner obviously. 2-1 to Spurs and we go on to qualify with Inter and Barca get EL. Remember where you heard it first.....

Nothing to worry about here.........PSV are top of the Dutch league, have won 9 out of 9 including a 6-0 win last weekend. So they will obviously be over confident and very complacent.

Poch is up now
I think Danny Rose, Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen still out. Christian Eriksen is fit to be selected and we’ll see tomorrow if he is to play from the start of the game or from the bench.

Just love to see us put in a 90 minute performance, something we haven’t really done all season. C’mon boys we’ve got this!

We've got enough in the tank to win this in the second half as long as there are no fluke goals for them or mystery decisions like Dembele's booking or the disallowed goal. What the fuck? Fucking useless cunt European officials - five of the fuckers and they still fuck it up!

Ref was useless, wasted chances and 2 dumb decisions from Hugo and Toby.

Still, being knocked out of a competition we were never going to win allows us to hopefullly bring home a trophy we can.

Bit of a bollocks night on various fronts, Hugo and Toby won the game for us on Saturday and didn’t tonight, they must be human. The real wankers are those joke officials, if you’re not up to standard you don’t get the job. It’s not rocket science, there’s too much riding on it, very frustrating.

Fucking bottled it...again.

We are mentally fragile. There is no possible spin you can put on this utter debacle of a CL campaign.

We should've been out of reach in the first half.

Also, Hugo is starting to become a liability. We all took the piss out of Lloris Karius but that is three absolute howlers that Hugo has committed for club and country since the start of the World Cup Final.

He still has some credits in the bank but is not the safe bet he was a couple of years ago.

One more thing...I am now firmly a fan of VAR. Under no interpretation of the rules of the game was Harry Kane offside for the Sanchez goal (or non-fucking goal as deemed by Ray Charles running the line). Sometimes you wonder if the officials are on the take when shit like that goes down.

I would like to know exactly what purpose the goal line official serves. He never makes a decision and seems to be merely the beneficiary of the best spot in the house on the fan's fucking dime. Was he scratching his arse when that ball went in because he was in a prime position to see that Kane was not interfering with play in any way whatsoever? Isn't it that guy's one fucking job to assist in such decisions?

That was some top quality refereeing but I have no idea what our players were doing on their second goal. An infuriating game because we had some really good play but then handed the game to them instead of killing them.

I am not angry. Yeah weird or what? It's me and I am calm and rational - the pills must be working.

I think we put in very good performances in all three of our Champions League matches. We were the better side against Inter and PSV, but football is a game and luck plays a big part. In most alternative universes we would have and should have won both those games and be 2nd in the table. We did win last night, but the fucking appalling officials robbed us. How the fuck we didn't win against Inter is one of life's mysteries. We were totally outclassed by Barcelona, but most sides would be, so no shame there.

There is no way I am going to give Toby a verbal kicking for last night, how many howlers like that has he made in his lifetime? Not fucking many. A keeper like Hugo is always running the risk of being sent off, he gets right on my tits sometimes, I think his decision making is pants and he kicks like a girl, but the pros outweigh the cons and he is still a magnificent keeper, I don't think and never have thunk, that he should be captain.

There is a micro-slim chance that we will get through to the next round, but my breath ain't not being held. Maybe now we can focus on a proper important competition, the Carrierbag Cup. next Wednesday's game is now a must win, as is every game against the caravan club.
