I'd give Bergwijn a chance from the start on Sunday. He'll be up for it so give him a go and see what happens.

I could see Doherty starting as well. Emerson getting hooked at half time last night is probably a sure sign he won't feature as the primary RWB any more under Conte.

Stevie looked vexed cuz...

Played with real aggression... WHICH IS FUCKING BRILLIANT...!!!

Every other player should take note and give the same commitment. Look at what it achieves...!

Maybe Don Tony arranged some horses heads on their pillows instead of mints? The fucking cheating goons knew we would destroy them that's why they pussied out of the game at the weekend because one of their players had the sniffles. Beating the chavs next would be a very tasty cherry on top of a very yummy cake. It's a shame that this new Spurs team didn't show up for the cup games. I know I'm getting all excited and so far our run of top quality games is one, but it's a start innit? Bergwijn should be full of confidence, he needs to start and he needs to keep playing at this level. Emerson can fuck off, I ain't bothered about him. Doherty? Yep, last week I would have put him on the same bus as NDombele, Emerson and Dele but maybe he hasn't completely melted into fucking slush. Who knows maybe last night's commitment is contagious and Dele could redeem himself, but not on Sunday, that game is too important, he can play against Brighton in the FA Cup. But that game is equally important! I demand that we win the fucker this year!

Conte has revitalized the side both individually & as a whole. Who knows what effect one or two new quality additions this month may have on us?

I hope Antonio and the coaches watched the Brighton game against them because they really got there tactics correct and with an inferior squad it makes it even more impressive.

To lose against this lot 4 times in a season would be a pisstake. Think we ideally need to crowd the midfield more this game so I would go with

Lloris
Doherty Sanchez Dier Davies Regiullon
Winks PEH Skipp
Bergwin Kane

I’m really hoping Eric will be back for this game.

I say old chap, 'rent boys'? I think that is in jolly bad taste! Who would pay any of them for sexual favours? An insult to the hard working profession of the ancient order of RBs.

I don’t mind what happens and who plays as long as they work their bollocks off for 90 mins and don’t sit back and watch Chelsea play.

We need top quality performances from PEH and Kane, a defence that is organised and doesn’t look like a rabbit in headlights and take our chances when they come along. Southampton don’t have great players but they work hard every week, I’d like that mindset at Spurs we saw a glimpse of it against Leicester.

Let’s give it a go in an organised way and put these wankers under the cosh for once. Good luck lads - in Don Tony we trust

LEVY OUT.

Agree with the post above I just hope that we have learnt from the previous games this season against them and not make the same mistakes and show a bit more fight.

Midfield is the key battle for me and hoping Harry leads from the front.

This. We need to fuck them up. Be relentless from the whistle and not give them a chance to put 3 passes together.

Bergwijn's Big Day? He needs to build on his midweek performance, prove it wasn't a blip. Same with Doherty and Winks. I have been slagging these three off all season, now they can call me a cunt for a change.

Smart move by Conte to start Doherty and Bergwijn after midweek, and likely in their preferred roles as well.

Win and we're 4th and 5 points behind Chelsea but with four games in hand.

We'll also be a point ahead of United with 2 games in hand and 2 points ahead of the Spammers with 3 games in hand.

Big boost with Arsenal drawing we need to capitalise when these other teams don’t get the 3 points.

Aaron Lennon still going in the top league fair play to him.

Looks like Conte is parking the coach and hoping for a smash and grab….could be a painful watch for 90 minutes

We’ll be lucky if we go in level at half time at this rate. They’re very aggressive in the press, as usual, but we bloody let them do it!

Lo Celso claiming he is fit on instagram and not being in the squad is interesting….not sure it’s helpful….

It's not is it. Would bring Reggie on for Sess. He's lost out there.
