On My High Trojan Horse
I don't understand what we sometimes tend to do.
We come out flying, get an early goal, then we stop doing what brought us our success.
We seem to go a little stale, sit back slightly, & the opponent starts carrying more of the play.

Everton not playing their typical game.
What did the commentator say? "Everton's industry is disrupting Spurs' talent."

We’ve gifted it to them to be fair. Some of our play has bordered on smartarsery and it’s creating issues that shouldn’t be there.

So Dyche’s half time team talk was basically “get it long lads”.

Got what we deserved. It’s been a poor performance.

Fucked off with that. That was two points dropped and it’s entirely on us.

To be fair, how the fuck do you play against a team like that? Every corner we had should have been a penalty, grappling, wrestling, stuff that would get a yellow outside the box. Falling over, trying to cheat penalties, fouling Vicario on almost every free kick or corner, Ashley fucking Young being Ashley fucking Young, the ref and VAR letting them do whatever they liked. Cunts.

Honestly hope they get relegated. But we can expect to see that kind of play every week from here on out.

In a way the last two goals of that game sum up the teams. Richy's was class and a great strike from outside the area.

Everton .. bundled theirs over the line.

Definitely two points dropped but when you're playing against a team who'd rather have a scrap than play football, these things happen.

Yeah, I know he scored both the goals but..... every time I saw someone about to pass to him I shouted 'No, don't do it....oh fuck you did it' and the ball was turned over. Johnson annoys me sometimes, he seems a bit lazy and gives up on balls that Pedro would win every time. Udogie was great again and so was Mickey. We probably have to work out how to win dirty or how to deal with players of the ugly game.

I thibk Ange tried to... Bringing in Gill and Skipp isn't enough...
The statsheads are saying that we've now given up eight goals from the 90th minute onward. More than naivete, I think this is a big reason why.

Even when we are at full strength (and we're missing our best player and arguably our best midfielder) we're still quite thin.

Player in Training.
Just saw the goals. Their first was a clear foul, and the equalizer was awful by Vicario. Wasn't threatening at all. Not sure what exactly he was looking at. Sure there was contact, but I think he had already misjudged it. I don't want to hear about style and philosophy, if you can't see out games, you'll never win anything. We need to improve there, and that includes Ange.

Richarlison is a different signing after his surgery. If he scores two worldies every game playing number 9 I don't care about the rest of his play.

As for the defence, it has been piss poor all season and is being exposed by any team who does the basics in pressure. A third of it is on negligent referees, a third of it is on the defensive coaching, and a third of it is on the players, yes, even Romero and Vicario... or "Romario" as Ally McCoist would fuck up in commentary.

Obviously it’s a serious weekness, but again I think it’s as much down to squad depth as style. There are teams significantly below us in the table that can bring on better players than we can late in games. Nothing against our fringe players, and I know ange has brought in Dragusin late since we bought him. But its a problem when we're behind as well—I know we’ve gotten some late winners but we don’t really have players that can change the game from the bench. Either way, almost 1/4 of the goals we've conceded were in stoppage time.
