Well I'm going and I'm taking wifey (first time since a 0-0 vs Aston Villa, over 26 years ago) and my 18 year old daughter. So there will be at least 3 people in the crowd on Wednesday night. Not sure there will be many others, but we're still supporting Poch and the lads - can I have three 'well done' badges now please.

So Southampton, new manager damn, but honestly shouldn't make any difference, any of our squad teams, in any combination should comfortably beat this lot. Their defence is pretty terrible on recent evidence - Fulham scored 3. Take our chances, stay tight at the back, get 2 or 3 ahead and then rest a few. I'd like to see Winksy taking control of midfield, a run out for Danny Rose, and a hat trick for Harry.

I'm hoping for 4-1 Spurs, I think it will be 2-0 in front of 30,000. Good luck lads.

Ps Scum vs United, Chelsea vs City soon, we'll be back up to 3rd before we know it.

Great minds, but they have Redmond wide and he could do him, Redmond is pretty much their only dangerous player.

Defensively I trust KWP more than I trust Aurier. Not sure that's even a compliment. I think a Toby/Foyth CB pairing will do well. Would play Rose if he can go. Moura also probably needs a start Kane really needs a rest but it's pointless to even discuss it at this point. He will play every game from now until the end of times.

Ended up finding the quite brilliant Dublin Spurs Lodge at Mayes Pub in Dublin. The game is live, in a dedicated Spurs venue with some of the most terrific Yids I have ever had the pleasure to have a pint with.

How was the atmosphere?it looked and sounded like the introduction to how modern football may become once us sweary,pissed up oiks are finally gentrified by the great and rich incharge.

A nice win,an unmemorable performance which asks is winning everything if everyone is happy cos of 3pts?the whole game,feeling,performance had something missing,just the derby hangover?wembley fatigue?cold pre xmas burnout from fans?I am happy especially after united,arsenal,chelsea dropped points,but this i guess is what it feels like to watch italian league football week in week out bar the 10 big games.Somehow i am happy but feel a little empty inside,could just be its pissing down here today.
