He was class. Always gave 100%. But more than anything I distinctly remember him puking at the side of the pitch before kick off.

One of my many memories of him was when he came in for an injured Tom Huddlestone when Harry was managing.

He was tearing it up in midfield and playing brilliantly but as soon as Huddlestone was not even half fit, Harry dropped Sandro like a stone and the difference was like night and day.

Every coach / manager has his favourites & their selection sometimes dumbfounds those supporters on the outside looking in.
