What happens if I decide not to take up the offer of a 2017/2018 Season Ticket?

In keeping with how we have historically managed the Season Ticket Waiting List, should you decide not to take up the offer of a Season Ticket at Wembley Stadium, you will still retain your place on the Season Ticket Waiting List. This will mean that you will be offered a Season Ticket at the New Stadium dependent on your place on the Season Ticket Waiting List and as and when availability arises.

That is true, you keep your place on the waiting list except 18,645 people will have jumped in and secured a season ticket at NWHL.

I would imagine the 23+ current STH, and the other 18+ will keep their STH next year, with 3k away fans , that takes it to over 44 , meaning I doubt they'll be many ST available next year, best bet, is if u get offered one for Wembley take it and share it with mates

Well, just popped it down in case someone was very very close to a ST this year, and I mean, within 1000, and didn't want to take it... It's likely there will be some churn next year, people moving, or whatever.

I'm buying mine, but I doubt I'll get to every game.... so probably going to share.

I asked THST,if you have a ST at wembley you will also have it at NWHL,they are not taking any back! They are figuring on around 40k STHs,8,000 premium and 3,000 away at NWHL,then the rest for members/sale.

I told Levy that I was not chuffed with Stubhub and he has finally done what I instructed him to. The Secondary Ticketing Platform :

Any Season Ticket Holder that is not able to attend a home fixture next season will be able to list their seat for sale via the Ticket Exchange system that we will operate in conjunction with Ticketmaster.

Tickets will be listed for sale at face value.

About fucking time, season ticket holders making a profit form other Spurs fans gets right on my thrupnies. I expect there will a few more season tickets available now!

Purchasers will pay a single fixed £7.50 fee when purchasing a match ticket via Ticket Exchange.
That's not unreasonable.

Sorry it took so long these bastards take ages doing what they're told. I tweeted at that Trump chap the other day and he hasn't even bothered to reply! It's very bad manners. I did actually write a letter to Levy - and he didn't reply, I suppose he thought it would be better just to do what I told him. Mrs May will be resigning soon as I have told her to pack her stuff and tidy up 10 Downing Street ready for the new tenant - who I predict won't be there long.

It's not, it just means that you'll likely not be able to sell tickets for a lot of cat c matches if you can't make it! Unless you want a ticket in a specific place. I'm hoping to get mine in the West stand with the noisy boys, which in fairness is most likely to sell out.

In fairness I'd rather FV a ticket to a mate though in those situations.

I got offered a ST but not sure to take it up or not as I wouldn't go by myself unless I can get a 2nd ticket next or close to my seat?
Any suggestions?
Thank you!

You get access to guest tickets through your season ticket. Not sure on how reliable that is though, but it's an option for coming with someone else.

I'm sure if you post on here regularly you will have the opportunity to meet folk from here as a fair few now have season tickets, which will make turning up alone a bit less hassle. I'll be flying in from N.I as always and met a few lads off here during our champions league games last season who are top humans!

THFC Match Day Pricing 2017-18: THST Comment
7/19/2017

thst-lettering_50_orig.png

THFC today announced its match-day pricing for the 2017/18 season. We had been asking for confirmation of these figures for over two months, since before Season Ticket sales opened.

To be clear, THST was not consulted over match-day pricing; we were simply informed shortly before the announcement went live.

The vastly increased capacity at Wembley gave the Club a chance to reduce all general admission price points and still cover the cost of hiring the stadium. It has chosen not to do this. Almost every price in Level 1 has increased from 'equivalent' seating at White Hart Lane last season, with the lowest price confirmed thus far for the lowest category game in Level 5 a mere £2 less than the price at White Hart Lane. So with 54,000 extra seats, the Club has reduced the lowest price by £2.

We have already expressed our reservations about the pricing of Season Tickets. We also argued that it was unreasonable to set
Season Ticket pricing before match-day pricing was confirmed, and today’s announcement reinforces this belief. The Club created a problem for itself by setting Season Ticket pricing first. If the Club had priced match-day tickets at a level that would have given a better chance of a full stadium, this would have effectively penalised Season Ticket holders, because they would be paying more for their tickets than those buying match by match.

Comparing Season Ticket pricing to the match day equivalent, GA Season Ticket holders will pay less than a fan purchasing 19 individual matches in the same seat next season. This indicates that the Club has adopted the position of a Season Ticket equalling the sum of 19 matches, less a discount, which was not always the case at White Hart Lane. We'll be asking again for confirmation of that proposition. We’re pleased the Club appears to recognise the need to reward those fans who pay for their season up front.

Looking at the headline figures, the most expensive ‘regular’ seat has dropped from £81 in the West Upper at White Hart Lane to £75 in the North and South Lower at Wembley. The best seat in the house for a Category A game in Club Wembley will set you back £95, however.

Exact price comparison is hampered by both Upper and Lower tiers at White Hart Lane being moved into Level 1 at Wembley, but closer examination of the match-day categorisation outside the Club Wembley seats reveals increases across the board for Level 1 seats compared to pricing last season.

The Club is keen to stress that its intention was always to fill Level 1 with Season Tickets. It says more lower priced tickets will be available for members to buy than at White Hart Lane. In a 90,000 capacity stadium, this is undoubtedly the case. However, the Level 1 price points leave those Season Ticket holders looking to use the exchange platform in a precarious position.

After the Club’s refusal to provide an amnesty, we know many fans bought Season Tickets knowing they would have to sell a good proportion of seats back on the ticket exchange. The Club’s pricing policy, announced after the Season Ticket sales windows closed, makes the chances of selling tickets on Level 1 much more difficult given the lower pricing in Level 5. On the new ticket exchange, prices for a Category A game, including the £7.50 transaction charge, will be up to £82.50.

And those fans wishing to buy tickets to sit with the old Park Lane and Shelf regulars in Level 1 will pay more than they did last season.

Throughout our discussions around the move to Wembley, the Club told us it was pursuing a “bums on seats policy”. We recognise the need to demonstrate strong funding streams, but question whether the stadium can be filled regularly at these prices.

THFC had the opportunity to preserve the goodwill from three seasons of price freezes, and to provide the kind of accessible pricing that brought tens of thousands to Wembley last season for our Champions League games. We never expected 19 Premier League games to be priced at £20 a time, but neither do we agree with the prices announced. An opportunity has been squandered.

The Club’s decision to price Season Tickets too high and to announce match-day pricing after all other categories of ticket pricing left it very little room to manoeuvre.

We are, however, pleased with the expansion of concessionary areas from one stand at White Hart Lane to throughout Wembley for juniors and seniors. That is welcomed.

We have at all times been ready to propose and discuss solutions constructively. Unfortunately, at a pivotal time for fans, the Club has opted simply to inform rather than properly discuss.

We will continue to press for meaningful input into pricing for our new stadium, and especially for the full implications of pricing policy to be thought through in advance.

We are pleased to announce details of the Season Ticket renewal process for the 2024/25 season.

We should like to take this opportunity to thank all our existing Season Ticket Holders for your incredible support this season, which has already seen some unforgettable moments and a special matchday atmosphere created at the stadium.

The impact this has on team performance is clear to see and you have all played a huge part – we look forward to continuing this exciting journey we are on as a Club together.

In undertaking the Ticketing Review, fans asked that we communicate Season Ticket pricing at an earlier point in the season and to leave renewals open until after the last fixture of the season. As such, we are announcing Season Ticket pricing today with renewals now open. The deadline to complete payment and retain your seat for next season is 5pm on 20 May, 2024. Full details on how to renew your seat will be communicated directly via email.

Football is not immune to the rising costs of goods and services across the board and we continue to look at all options to minimise ticket price increases, while absorbing the vast majority of costs. In the five years since the stadium opened in April, 2019, there has only been one Season Ticket price increase of 1.5 per cent. There has, however, been a significant increase in matchday costs outside of our control such as utilities, rates and consumables, along with the need to continue to operate on a sustainable basis. For 2024/25, Season Ticket prices will increase by six per cent.

Once again, we shall be working with V12 Finance to offer a payment option to supporters wishing to spread the cost of their Season Ticket across 10 months. Subject to approval, payments will commence in June and continue for a further nine months. If you wish to pay via V12 Finance, your loan will be subject to a one-off arrangement fee (admin fee) of 6.70 per cent.

We have also published our Ticketing Charter following a review of our practices and policies. It contains several key ticketing updates, including allocation of away tickets, fixture change resale, ticket share, seat utilisation, concession season tickets and Ticket Upgrade – this should be read alongside our renewal information. Our updated Ticketing Charter can be viewed in full here. However, all membership and ticket purchases will continue to be governed solely by the Club’s Membership and Ticketing Terms, which can be found here.

Ticketing information for the Women’s First team for 2024/25 will follow in due course.

We thank our fans for their incredible loyalty and understanding as we aim to keep a wide range of pricing and ticket choice, whilst also ensuring we can continue to deliver sustainable investment into our football activities and an excellent matchday experience in the stadium.

That's really not good.
An increase is fair enough, but that's going too far.
Apparently Arsenal did exactly the same last week.

It would be an easy PR fix as well. Just announce anyone over 70 who’s had a season ticket for X amount of time gets a free one for life.
