Let’s hope good Tottenham turn up and not bad Tottenham.

May see Dragusin partner Romero at the back, with Madders coming in.

Tough test this.

It is a tough one. They rested most of their first team in the League Cup and we have some injuries.

Hopefully home advantage will pull us through.

If I recall correctly, this was a very physical game last time around. Speed and finesse won't be enough. I guess the front three is set if Sonny's fit, but I feel like there's a part to play for Richy, even if it's just to bang Villans about and wind them up. Hopefully after a couple of early goals.

Hoping a quick recovery is on the cards for Mickey, but having the Dragon to partner Romero on Sunday might be a blessing in disguise.

My greatest hope is for a win, however it happens, but I really, really want an old-school #9 performance from (for?) Solanke. This feels like his time to shine.

Really need a statement win here. We're in a tough spot in the league. A loss will start to make our position in the table look rather bad with a few wins from below us. Villa are playing decent but they've had extra games with no extra squad in the champs league.

It's alright though cause we've got super Timo!!

Was loving the "He scores went he wants..." singing from the crowd on Wednesday.

Good for us that it's at home. Contrary to narratives, we've conceded fewer and scored more than they have (the same is true of Arsenal) this season. But we need to find a bit of consistency, and this is a good place to start.

I'd like to see us start with two of Sarr/Bentancur/Bissouma, especially with a weakened back four, but I suspect we'll go back to starting Maddison in midfield. The other big question mark will be on the left, obviously.

If we start with two of Sarr/Bents/Biss, surely we'll start Deki ahead of Madd's.
Then again, I'm not sure who is available out wide.
Odobert had a setback
Timo - groin?
Brennan?
Mikey for sure is available

Yeah, but I think Ange will probably go back to Maddison. Odobert's setback is apparently pretty bad according to Ange. Richy can also play on the left, but it would be Moore for me.

This is almost must win territory. We’ve been going ok but need to find a way to close the gap between our best and our worst.

I still believe that a top 4 finish is achievable but we are treading a narrow path.

Good to have Son back and Romero not injured.

It’s Sarr and Bentancur in midfield. Different approach than what we’ve seen.

Table looks so deceptive at the moment. We are 5 points of top 4 and 5 points of relegation.

Shows how competitive the league is this year.

We also seemed to have move into this surreal phase of fandom. Across all clubs, you are a lost away from absolute disaster. Expectation for teams to never lose is such a strange way to look at a game.

I think we’ve looked slightly the better side so far.

All a bit average if you ask me. Villa look pretty comfortable, we've huffed and puffed without really looking particularly threatening. They'll just sit back and hit us on the counter. We'll need something special to break them open, or a bit of luck. Just need to pass the ball better, and make better decisions on the ball.

Going to be about a week’s worth of injury time at this rate.
