It looks like I won't be able to see tomorrow's CL game and Man C due to things I can't really make excuses to get out of.

Could anyone recommend a website(s) I can watch the game post match please?

Also, if there are such a site, how long does it take for games to get uploaded? I will try to avoid finding out the result of feasible.

720p (HD) takes longer than 480p (SD). 480p is fine to watch and they are usually upped around 20minutes after the final whistle.
