West Brom haven't won a Premier League game since the 19th of August, they started their season well winning their opening 2 games against Burnley and Bournemouth, then 6 losses and 4 draws in the last 10 games.

On paper we should win this game easily, but, despite what the numpties think football ain't played on paper or on a 'puter, so like all Premier league games it will not be easy. They will probably want to impress whoever their next boss will be, probably Pardew, maybe he will even be in the gaffer's seta on Saturday, who knows? Not me that's for sure. The only thing that is certain is that the Baggies, like all the other Premier League teams will really want to win at Wembley and we have to stop them winning their 'cup final' there and give them a gold old fashioned thumping.

We did well to bounce back from the goons against Dortmund but need 3 points in the league to keep apace too as losing two games in the last month won't look so bad if we go and win all our games between now and City on 16th December. As strong a line up as possible please, no Sissoko if possible and lots of goals for Kane! COYS!

I'm hoping that this is the game where we give the opposition a right old thrashing - Wigan style. If they give us any sort of room we could win 5-0 or even more, if they do a Swansea and park the bus, it will be hard to win 1-0 as ever. I'm looking forward to seeing the team Poch picks, we might need a bit of Danny Rose pace to get behind them and possibly Aurier on the other side, but they both played on Tuesday. I'd like a bit of Son/Kane action again as well. The lads will be on a high after Dortmund...lets take that high and momentum into this game.

3pm on a Saturday afternoon, whatever next.....4-0 to Spurs.

These are the games we really should win. Losing one or two games away to top 6 teams is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, yeah we were all pissed off last week but as long as we repay them next year when they come to Wembley then it won't really matter, although it was in my opinion the worst loss we have had this season. The chavs and the United losses were close and we could just as easily have taken points, but last weekend, nah, it wasn't close and was a pain in the rectum. Dropping points to teams like WBA could cause us severe arseitch, so we must not do that.

It's probably bollocks but do you think our team had their Champions League goggles on last weekend? Would we have done better if Sissoko had been on the bench instead of Sonny? Should the reptile bloke you love and want to snog have started, would he have slithered around the pitch and made a difference? Maybe the aggression of the Surge would have made a difference, but in the heat of an NLD he might have done a Jujuman and got sent off. I read some numptyism on that shit-pile Twitter saying that the Dortmund lineup was the one we should have started against the scum, but they don't know like the Poch knows who is right, who is being a slithery gobby cunt and what the price of fish is.

Anyway, games like this are really important. OK, we will probably win the Champions League and qualify for next year's competition, but banking on that would be like what the cuntish Tories are doing at the moment (whoops, got a bit political there, I don't think anyone will notice) - our eggs need to be in at least 2 baskets.

Pochettino on Erik Lamela: "We are waiting but maybe we decide, yes, to play him in the Under-23s [this weekend]. Tomorrow we need to wait. Maybe in his mind he says: 'Gaffer if you want, I am ready again to be available if you believe I can help the team'

You probably already know and it's likely why you made the reference but just in case... Fun fact! The 9-1 win vs Wigan happened 8 years ago yesterday. Sooo we're due another one I'd say ;)

Ok I have 2ST in block 140: an adult and Junior, as I can’t go tomorrow, I managed to sell my ticket, so if anyone has a ticket near this block and wants to take a Junior, they can borrow my card.....Free ! If you are an individual who could get away with a junior , it’s FREE, you’d have to let me know, and arrange to meet a mate who is sorting them out

In case anyone doesn't know, the ticket exchange scheme is active for this game, which means you can put your ST on the official site and if sold you get a loyalty point!! Woo Hoo but better than nothing....

Errmmm, ummm, what a soft goal to give away. We looked like we were asleep for the first 35 minutes, then we woke up. If we stay awake for the 2nd half then we should get a couple, if we go back to sleep then we are fucked. It's very sporting to give them a 35 minutes head start, but WTF?

I'm no analyst, I just sit and scream at the telly but what is going on with Ali at the moment, he's just not himself, no nutmegs nothing. Collectively we need to sort it out, this is not the Spanish league where you can cruise past teams, at least we've started to match their physicality, from there hopefully our skill will tell COYS!

I think maybe we expect too much from him? I agree that at the moment he don't look like the geezer he was a while back when he was the dog's doodahs, he's either just having a lean spell like we all do, even footy players, or he's got the hump and wants the sorting hat to say "Slitherin!" and get a transfer with Draco Rose out of Harry's Gryffindor ?
