This should be an easy win for us, but it obviously won't be, because there ain't not no easy games in the Premier League innit? West Ham are not entirely safe from relegation and they will really want to get the 3 points here, they are buggered up the back door with injuries, their leading 2 strikers will probably be both watching this game. The Spammers have only won 1 of their last 11 games while we are matching on towards a 10th straight win in the Premier League, smashing the old record week after week.
A win here guarantees us a minimum 2nd place finish, realistically a draw would do for that as our goal difference over Liverpool and City is yuge, and obviously puts a little bit of pressure on Chelsea for their Monday night game against Middlesbrough who showed in their draw against City that they are not going down without a fight.
Friday night football? What's that all about eh? I remember the olden days when footy was on a Saturday afternoon and the only way you could watch it live was to go to the bugger, queue up and get a ticket. It's bolloxed now I reckon, oh well, it's progress I suppose, I hate progress - unless of course it is our team's progress towards glory, I like that sort of progress!
