So just chatting with my boy and watching tv, David Bentley popped up on some dodgy you tube clip where he pinged a ball off a roof top into a skip, must have been a match day! Anyways we got talking about him and I mentioned the 4-4 is my favourite NLD, even better that Kane thrashing it on from the corner of 18 yard box, Bale, Klinsmann the lot. Had to justify it pretty hard but the expectation of that game was worse than 0% then Bentley bashed it in from the halfway line and we slowly conceded and with 2 minutes to go I was on the floor crying when up popped JJ and Lennon, the misses was asleep with her legs accross me and I swear she nearly hit the ceiling feet first when we equalised. What game that was! I was absolutely pumping, what it would have been like to be there... wow. Love it!

SO, as the title says explain your favourite NLD...

Even now watching that back I get goosebumps and that goal from JJ, so sweet - he didn't even hit it - it just floated on helium - like a divine wind guided it into place. I'm off to find the kleenex...

I was lucky enough to be there, but not lucky enough to be in with the Yids. It was ecstasy then despair then ecstasy again. Fabregas missed a great chance to win it (ha ha ha) and at the end it felt like we'd won. I think it might have been Redknapp's first game in charge?

For me though the following year? Almost coincided with my birthday definitely November and we were 2-0 down at half time. Rafa took a free kick and Fabregas handled in the wall, 1 back with a penalty, 2 back Bale I think from a flick on from Defoe? And then Younes Kaboul with a beautiful header. I will always love him for that moment alone. First time we had won at the Library for what felt like hundreds of years....wonderful after so many losses in league and cup.

I’ll go for four , one I was at and 1 I wasn'tand two memorable ones
The Gazza freekick in the semi final and Gary Lineker 2 , to win 3-1 .
And Arsenal 4 Spurs 4 , as mentioned and done in the song.
Chimchimery chim chimera chim chim cheroo , Bentley from 40 and Lennon from 2 .......going into the 90 th minute ,when Modirc gets a late consolation , before Lennon grabs the equaliser ......
Let’s forget Jols first game 4-5 , but for his bust up with Wenger and when I was a teenager and pledged £2 a goal to Capital help a London child , we won 5-0 , I had to borrow the money off my parents as I was only earning 2.50 a week doing a paper round

Been lucky to be at one, way back in the late 70s at WHL, we lost and don't remember too much about other than the incredible noise.
As Neil has already said the 4-4 and the following years 2-3 both at the toilet bowl will live long in the memory.
The 4-4 was the one that got my son, Conor into Spurs. 2-4 down with minutes left he was on his way to bed, teary eyed that we were losing. He was 7yo at the time. I gave it watch plenty when Bent I think it was got us to 3-4. He came back down to see what was going on only for Lennon to get the equaliser. We. Went. Ballistic. What a game

One of the bittersweet moments of my entire life is being in the Arsenal end when Kaboul scored that header.

Yes!

Whoosh! What was that? That was the SEVEN years that have past since that win, what the fuck happened to them years? They have disappeared along with my slippers. That away win was one of just 2 PL wins we have had over them in their nasty house since since the Premier League started, we won the first one in 1993 then had to wait 17 years for the next away win, we haven't won there for 7 years in the PL now - that has to change!

For excitement it was the 4-4 that was farking epic! That was in the 2008-9 season! Nine fucking years ago - nah, not having that. What the actual fuck? That is not possible, surely it was just a couple of years ago!

My two favourites are the 3-2 win at Emirates in 2010 and the 2-1 win at home in March 2013 which is the only NLD that I have been to. Bale and Lennon scored within a couple of minutes of each other and I was right behind the goal at that end losing my faculties completely.

That 2-1 would be mine aswell due to it being my NLD cherry popping.
