Yep, PLM always offer a spare if he has one but given the festive's are at Wembley now I don't want to put anybody to any trouble. The missus would obviously like to sit with me (or maybe not, depending on how I have pissed her off on any particular day) at the fixture on 29/12 but I will be going solo to Boxing Day. I am a One Hotspur member, she is not but assume it will be easy enough to get two side by side anyway for that Wolves game. I don't really understand how it all works. We don't have a loyalty points system in Australia for the AFL. You just have a reserved seat but no real access to guest passes which means that you can't sit with non-reserved seat holding mates unless you move to a general public area of the stadium.

If it is a situation where people are chasing loyalty points, then I am obviously happy to at least contribute to that. I will wait until PLM knows what he is doing and then work it all out. If I have to queue at Wembley before the match to pick up paper tickets then so be it.

Paul miller said in an interview he heard from inside the club february!Another source has said TYCO the company installing the fire alarms is trying to hire workers and doesnt believe we will be in this season as initial testing should be being done now before they apply to london fire brigade to inspect and test for a license.
I`ve given up caring when.I am looking for flights and if 1st game isnt NLD then so be it,seen enough people booked stuff and disappointed already this season.

It is casting a shadow over the season now though, there's a latent feeling of frustration, which is not the manager or players fault. There will almost certainly be ramifications in season ticket renewals and possibly player transfers in the Summer (depending on the success or otherwise this season) in my view. We'll see. I have no knowledge of large construction projects, but I can't understand with today's technology how a project can be 6 months late.

The line trotted out by some ITK who claim its not unusual for these things to overrun and no problem here,well if its that common surely they would take it into consideration?Especially when taking over £50m in ST money,good knows how much in membership and hospitality money & then letting "customers" down.

A side note I saw that a reg STH same seat at wembley for chelsea is £75,more than the refund for NWHL and considerably more than the same seat at wembley last year.Not good PR.

Dont dispute that but isnt tyco the company that merged with jci? If so i find it hard to believe they cannot sort quickly

Yes they are merged with johnson and they are a big company.
I guess it depends what is outstanding to install,repair before anything can move on.There are fire suppression systems for a variety of areas,kitchens,plant rooms,public areas,smoke and heat detection,alarm systems,a control panel&software to deal with the incredible amount of legislation now,linked to fire doors,exits,lifts,emergency lighting,pava system.What concerns me is even when work is completed the contractor club must check,the club then need LFB and local authority to attend and check/sign off before any test events.
So say the contractor is satisfied,takes then its time for LFB to carry out the inspection which itself will take considerable time.Then any snagging issues fixed and retested,another visit.Best case even those obvious parts we can imagine will take weeks to finish.Weeks finishing installing,weeks for LFB to attend/test&sign off.And then if everything has gone well,then they can announce test events at least two,a couple of weeks to organise,more time to hold them.Still with me? and then at least 3 weeks lead time to announce and ticket the first event.
I am a layman about all this,but my reckoning is if installation/repairing work done is on going still at present,I am up to about 10 weeks best case,if everything runs without complication.One complication is xmas holidays slap bang in the middle,met police,TFL and haringey arent going to on short notice allow 20k to attend a test event over that period,more weeks lost possibly.
Unless the club announce test events for early december which would need to be about right now,then I dont see us in this january?

But,my knowledge of building football stadiums is scratchy at best!!
