The time shown for this match is of course Spanish time, if you miss the start because you couldn't be bothered doing a match day thread yourself, or look up the times then tough-titty. If someone has already done a match thread then I will not apologise because I couldn't find one, so there!

This could be a huge game, stop them scoring and bang in a few goals and the away leg becomes a bit easier with Harry and Dele hopefully back. Our players can have a much needed rest after this game as we get a week and a half off now before the next game - which is Burnley so shouldn't be too tough (yeah I know, no easy games in the Premier League). Getting to the quarter finals of the Champions League would be very nice, so win this one by loads, coast through the second leg and - happy days!

Against Leicester we started with only 3 attack minded players, Llorente, Eriksen and Son and still managed to score 3 goals. I expect goals and even our first draw of the season 2-2 perhaps, then we'll go and beat them in Dortmund 2-1 like last year and all will be well. looks like a good crowd tonight, sing up lads, the Yellow wall, or at least quite a few bricks from it are coming and they're noisy.

I am guessing we may start with five CBs on the pitch. I'd be fine with playing tight and trying for a clean sheet. We will certainly score one so not a bad strategy. And we don't have a sense of having to prove we belong anymore so we can play pragmatic and worry only about the result. Think we will nick a boring 1-0. Good luck to the boys in white tonight!

Too bad Dier wasn't fit so we could play a back 6. If we concede with that lineup I'll be disappointed. Unless of course we score 5 and win. And Don, I don't think Jan is a wingback. I think we are actually playing a straight back 5. At least that's how it appears.
