Sarri is part of the problem, but ultimately their problem is that the players run the club. Always been the case ever since Mourinho left the first time. That can be overcome when you've got very good players, but their squad isn't even a shadow of what it was a few years back, nor is it as good as United's imho. Plus their best player as well as their most promising young player want out.
Add in they have nothing but mercs there now. Even when the sex pest JT was around they had a leader who could take over and ensure there was a collective goal.
