Honestly, I think so.

I mean, it would be fair to say I'm probably getting too excited after just a couple friendlies (and he hasn't scored yet) but he seems too good to play in the youth team, and in the absence of another proper #9, I can't see us loaning him out.

Like others, I've been very impressed by Tanganga , could see him getting a Championship loan.

First time I've really seen Troy play a 'proper' game. What a fantastic prospect, this development squad system is really paying dividends, you'd never know he was 17. Good luck to the lad, glad he's ours.

I gave a double fist shake and vocalised a "fucking get in" when Gazza saved that pen.

Good times and starting the season in the right way imo.

Some more hard miles to be covered, some tactical things to work out potentially some new faces to bed in.

For me mate, he isnt genuinely good enough. What I mean by that is take his blistering pace away and what is he? I dont see anything that makes me think "player". I see someone who is bang average ability wise and phenomenal from a physical sense.

I totally hear what you are saying though we need him..... but we shouldn't, we should have better than that imo.

I’m sure it’s Danny that wants away with his recent anti-football malaise, and all credit to to club for giving him an avenue. If it doesn’t happen then hopefully he’ll realize he’s been treated with great respect throughout his time at THFC, despite some of his unfortunate tabloid interviews, and continue to play at the top of his game, like he did all last season to be fair to him.

It’s a short, stressful career, I have some sympathy, but it’s a short, stressful career for which all of us here would give our left bollock.
