What Danny Rose is doing for their goal is beyond me. Dribbling it in the 46th minute. Just get rid fuck sake.

We've played well though. Didn't deserve to be 2-1 at half time.

Disappointing, but I would have taken a point before the game. Martin Atkinson is a cunt, did he have a bet on how many Spurs players he could book and how Xhaka could only get one fucking booking? I think it was a penalty on Kane, but apparently not because the cunt with the whistle said no. Anyway, a good point and a big improvement over last week - especially in the first half.

Yep, two penalties denied then. Like I said Atkinson is a cunt. We did get pounded like you said, but it was so close. Two penalties denied, Harry hitting the post with that brilliant effort, some good saves from both keepers and the falling over men getting free kicks and bookings all over the place - and that dirty cunt Xhaka not getting a straight red and not getting at least a second yellow was a fucking joke..

Wish Sissoko could shoot, we'd have won that.

What is it with our training and players weaknesses.

Sissoko - can't shoot
Lloris - can't kick
Eriksen - can't take a corner or free kick
Lamela- can't even pass with his right foot 3 yards.

I'd of thought all these are pretty easily trainable.

Also, this player in the box for by balls is the worst thing to happen to us. Who decided that rule was a good idea.

All in all though we put in a serious shift, best half of footie this season first half, lots of energy and good strong challenges.

One small thing for me in the end was lo celso instead of moura. We needed to be catching them on the break last 15/20 mins.

Much like the city result take those away draws and move on.

I have chosen to not watch... I'm a fucking pussy I know but if I watch and we play shit and loose I will become the big, angry, grumpy man that the other people around me don't like as much... I feel myself getting a little that way waiting for the game to start so I'm tuning out now...!!!

So I'm going out with the fam, phone switched off for a couple of hours and I will catch it all later once I cant fuck up anyone elses day by me being a moody cunt.

My screaming profanities at the TV wont change anything other than my blood pressure...

Good luck lads.... COYFS...!!!
It's not a bad call mate. My heart is still racing now.

Martin Atkinson is a terrible referee.

Granit Xhaka should have been sent off. End of.

Haha I fucked the family off and watched until 70 mins when they equalised..... then listened to the rest on the wireless while driving.... couldn't resist.

I have to be honest while I would have taken a point before the game because we have been all but fucking garbage up until this game..... I am still left feeling disappointed by the result and the performance.

Remember just my opinion, but we havent imposed ourself on a single game yet. We haven't seen a real spurs performance outside of the CL games for around 6 months. Our tactics today while more effective were reactionary to theirs. It was better than weve seen so far this season at least the workrate and sense of commitment seemed that way first half.

The negatives today for me were:
That we gave away the ball way too often. Often not under pressure.
We didnt win enough second balls and our midfield was obliterated by theirs time after time. We didnt seem to have much penetration at all and often used that long out ball to our best effect.
Sanchez seems to have forgotten how to play football. Poor cunt got twisted up so often he has been tested for fucking SickelCell...
Sisoko IS NOT A FUCKING RB OR RW IN ANY UNIVERSE. Put him through the middle where he runs his cunt off and destroys opposition attacks.
Lloris needs to sort his fucking feet out its not good enough that he and the CBs cant drag this shit short goal kick routine together properly.
Who agreed our transfer "policy" on fullbacks this summer and whoever they are fucking twats.

Poitives:
Good point and first half we looked committed.
Son was mustard and changed our team dynamic from the off... disnt see GLC play so d9nt know what effect the chnage from Son did.
Kane scored... again.
Arsenals defence is just as shit as ours at the minute.

I hope that when the international transfer window closes Poch can sort the squad out and settle down to working hard as fuck to change the way we play, because I dont like what we are seeing right now.

Pretty happy really, even being 2 up, at least we got a reaction after that God awful performance against the Toon, although it's always nice when playing against a side that like to play football as well. 2 points against City and Arsenal away is a decent return, other than the Scousers, those are our 2 toughest away fixtures out the way.

Get back from the international break, with everyone on board and i expect us to put our foot on the gas and string some wins together.

Couple of standout points from the match...How Xhaka got his 1st yellow as late as he did is beyond belief, I wish Sonny had a bit more composure on the ball at times, Davinson really has a lot to learn, Moussa needs extra shooting practice and Dele's definitely added a bit of timber of late, looks like he's really filled out.

I don't think there's much to read into this game, to be honest. It was ragged and disjointed, like NLDs often are, and the goons really only controlled about 15 minutes of it, in the second half, which you'd expect at their place. As for the result, I kinda thought a draw was in the works beforehand, so its hard to get too upset about it. Aside from the obvious performers, I thought Lo Celso looked good in his short time on the pitch. Bad day for the referee, I thought we got away with one when Sanchez tied up Aubamayeng, and he missed two on the other end for us IMO.

The rule was implemented for hours of Lloris entertainment!

So lets have some perspective here on our respective season coming up.Can arsenal improve much on how they performed and what else they have to come and same for Spurs.
Well, arse have just lost mick the tariyan to roma, that was a match day player involved yesterday, with a few hours to go we have still jan, toby and eriksen. We have Lo celso to bring in,sessegnon to start with the team, dier, aurier, dele all coming back from injury along with Ndombele.Who will be stronger in 4 weeks time??Who can improve more, who will suffer thursday nights and sunday football until xmas.

They couldnt beat us when we were at a low point,in fact we should be disappointed not to have won,and take heart from the counter attacking with Son back his best.If it wasnt for one insipid performance and result against newcastle,we would be well satisfied having gone away to the champions and our bitter rivals in the 1st 3 weeks.

In the marathon,I still have little doubt we will finish above this bunch of nomadic bottlers,Leno,Xakha, socratis, maitland niles,my god we have people moaning about Lamela and they have those 4 starting week in and then the clown Luiz headless chicken the big saviour.Do me a favour. We will have no excuse if we dont finish above these muppets again.

Ok ,Martin Atkinson is a cunt , However the double jeopardy rule of a sending off and a penalty was scrapped , he should have been yellow carded for that assault , and therefore unable to go around kicking everyone as he was allowed to do
During the game MA gave ever freekick to the Scum , and at least 3 of them were for far less of a touch than what Kane experienced .
How come none of the papers mentioned the judo throw on Alli by Ceballos , ok it might be considered outside the box , but until VAR stops backing the referee and starts giving correct decisions ,as in cricket , it will be of no use .
I mean he tackle by Tillman’s in the Leicester game was beyond a red card and deserves a long ban , it it won’t happen

Pretty interesting piece in the Independent, basically keeping the spotlight on Poch through the game:

This made me laugh. Glad Xhaka’s persistent tackling didn’t go unnoticed and Aubamayang with his chloroform.

I don't think the rule was scrapped in that context mate. My understanding is that the rule was scrapped for incidents that wouldn't have carried a red card had they occurred outside the box or still denied a goal scoring opportunity but are not red card offences ordinarily.

Anything that is a straight red outside the box remains a straight red inside the box. Otherwise we'd have goalkeepers karate kicking opponents in the face when one-on-one. Xhaka committed a two footed challenge with his stops showing. It is a red card regardless of where it happens.

1017

That is a red card every day of the week. Son was not moving at pace but look how far the ball is from the challenge. He's gone in two footed and could have caused a serious injury to the Spurs player.

going into the second half it feels like 2 points dropped.
at the end of 75 minutes it felt like 1 point saved.
after the non-pk call it felt like wtf is the point of VAR
