Lol you know about that trick they do with the exposed rebar on the roof obviously??Just leave 2ft of rebar sticking out the roof and claim the build isnt finished.
What amazed me when I left and sorted all my vat exemptions from HMRC for being an overseas landlord,and filing tax returns,is that I still get my personal allowance in UK,and a personal allowance in greece,Nice!! touch.Just earn a bit in one country,earn a bit in another.....
