Option to buy... the fat fuck needs to perform. 🤦‍♂️
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Napoli are very much in transition right now, so it's definitely a fresh start.

If he goes and he can't make it work then he might as well retire.

Valencia theme. Absolute priority is an extreme.

▫️Bryan Gil is the one he likes the most, the ideal profile. Tottenham, at the moment, won't let him out. Before he wants to sign the replacement. The matter is still alive.

▫️Weah, the second option, much more viable.

▫️Third option, Pussetto.

Tottenham want to sign Ukraine midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi from Atalanta, the 29-year-old would be Spurs' eighth signing of the summer transfer window. (TuttoAtalanta - In Italian)

#Ndombele, the figures are confirmed; 500 thousand euros for the loan, without bonus. And 30 million buckets for the right of redemption

I really hope Paratici and co get a move for Winksy. Obviously he's not in Conte's plans, and I get it. But it would be a crime to let him rot in the reserves at his age given his history with the club.

It's only a loan, so like Arnie - He'll be back.

Been reading that there are supposedly certain targets that, if met, turn the option into an obligation to buy.

Maybe it's based on the number of pies he eats between now and the end of the season.

Real Madrid are considering a bid for Tottenham Hotspur’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to replace the Manchester United-bound Casemiro.
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti is an admirer of Hojbjerg and tried to sign the midfielder for Everton when the Italian was in charge at Goodison Park.
Hojbjerg has three years left on his contract at Tottenham after moving from Southampton in 2020 for a fee of around £15 million. The Denmark international become Jose Mourinho’s first signing that summer and has remained a key player for Spurs under Antonio Conte.
At one point, though, it looked like Everton had beaten Spurs to Hojbjerg’s signature with personal terms agreed and Ancelotti pushing for the deal. In the end Hojbjerg chose Spurs after they made a late move.
However the signing of Rodrigo Bentancur in January and the arrival of Yves Bissouma has increased the competition in the Spurs midfield with Oliver Skipp working his way back to fitness. It remains to be seen whether Spurs would consider selling Hojbjerg should Real push ahead with a bid although Conte will surely demand a replacement should he be allowed to go.
The 27-year-old will also have to weigh up how much playing time he will get before the World Cup in November. A factor in Casemiro accepting United’s offer was the fact the Brazilian was benched last weekend with new £68 million signing, 22-year-old Aurelin Tchouameni starting.
Ancelotti confirmed on Friday morning that Casemiro was joining United on a four-year deal with an option for a fifth for the 30-year-old. I talked to [Casemiro] this morning. He wants to try a new challenge, a new opportunity. I and the club understand it. With what he’s done at this club and the person he is, we have to respect it. There are talks right now, nothing is official, but he wants to leave.”

Why would Hojbjerg go to Real Madrid to sit on the bench behind Tchouameni? Maybe he will, footballers are a weird bunch, but I think he knows Conte loves him and he'll get to play at least 2 out of 3 games here. He's not the most exciting of players, but apart from a shaky spell prior to Conte he's been really good for us. I would miss him.

As for Casemiro, he's just like Wilson Palacios under 'Arry - "Don't try and play with it, give it to Luca". Although from now on it will be FredTominay.

Really, Tanguy, good luck. I hope you play so well for Napoli that we never have to look at your lazy arse again.
