IF we stay up, I think players like Gray and Bergvall would be who we'd look to build the club around, and we should not only keep them but make it worth their while financially to stay.

Then the club will have to not only be willing to spend money on wages and transfer fees for better players but to take a hit on selling some of the experienced players for way less than we paid, and absorbing the opportunity cost of keeping some of the young players with value.

If we're relegated, we'll probably flog off the young players and try to make do with the likes of Richy, Bissouma, Danso et al in the Championship.

I know it's biased as I don't watch other clubs much, but it sure seems like we don't have a fucking clue how to rehab or diagnose injuries.. and when we bring healthy players in we kill them.
And when a player leaves or goes on loan they seem to get professional medical treatments and advice.

Yeah it's funny , but also how the fuck can we as idiot fans see these simple issues and nothing gets done.
