I still don't see the stamp... The plan... The architecture of what this Spurs side looks like...

It's just individuals again...

I was kind of expecting that honestly, but what’s bothered me is that we look second best physically for the third time .

Yeah. Obviously early but he’s been unimpressive. As much defensively (ball watching and not tracking MGW for example) than any thing else.
I never got it before, but watched a few Forest games this season and he is dynamic, energetic, physical and has skills and very good decision making....we fucked that transfer up too...

I only watched that 2nd half.

The positives are a point and a clean sheet...

The negatives are the lack of identity, the individual performances, and physical fragility throughout the squad.

It’s going to take time, for sure. Obviously we have some injuries, but with all the money that’s been spent it’s not great that we have no natural 10 available and that on the left we’re relying on Tel and a guy who hasn’t played (or even trained competitively) in two years.

Individually, we are a bit weak. Savio was not impressive and his frame is a bit concerning. He should not start over Kudus. Tonali looks a bit better with Bentancur. Still, he was a bit meh. Van Hecke is also a bit of a mess. Got away with a few in this match that could have gone badly. Marmoush is a player but made some bad final decisions. But a point away is still ok. Hopefully, something to build on.

Connor is busy but has he got any end product other than drawing fouls...

I feel like he and Tel were panic buys last season were gonna have to work through...

The only encouraging thing is that Forest were way worse than us. Also watched Villa v Hull and those teams are crap. We might just stay up!;)

Fuck them all. I am no longer sacrificing sleep to stay up half the night in Australia to watch that.

It’s 20 minute mini-match replays for me until we play like anything resembling a professional football team.

Will re-watch Ted Lasso instead. Richmond FC are better than us right now.

That was a tough watch as it appeared to me that teams nullified each other. No flow to the match.
We gained a point & a clean sheet.

Now in 18th.
Onwards & upwards lol
