Can we score? Can’t win if we don’t. At some point all the buildup, possession and decent approach play has to turn into actual chances and goals, otherwise it doesn’t really matter how tidy everything looks elsewhere on the pitch.


That’s the frustrating part for me at the moment. We can have spells where we look completely in control, move the ball well and get into promising areas, but then the final pass or finish just isn’t there. You can get away with that for a while, but sooner or later it catches up with you.


I’d rather see us take a few more risks and actually test the keeper than keep looking neat without much end product. It’s a bit like a Winbeast Casino https://winbeast-casinos.fr full of games and slots: all the flashing lights in the world mean nothing if there’s never any actual payoff at the end.

Early kickoffs always feel a bit flat to me, a scrappy 1 nil off a deflection would do me just fine today.
