Mate the gaffer is a one domensional show pony... he isn't a fit for this tight fisted club... end fucking of.We've managed to make a poor Villa side look half decent. I just don't know what the answer is at the moment - aside from the obvious new owner.
Spot on - as usual. There's part of you that doesn't want to lose him because he really is a world class manager, like it or not, but it's just not working at the moment.Mate the gaffer is a one domensional show pony... he isn't a fit for this tight fisted club... end fucking of.
Agree. Time to go, IMO.Mate the gaffer is a one domensional show pony... he isn't a fit for this tight fisted club... end fucking of.
Part of me wants Poch to have more integrity than that...Spot on - as usual. There's part of you that doesn't want to lose him because he really is a world class manager, like it or not, but it's just not working at the moment.
To go behind for ten games in a row is just unacceptable.
What makes this whole situation even more irritating though is that you just know that if Conte walks, and that's looking more likely by the day, Levy will just throw money at Poch to come back, which he will, and everything will be roses again and ENIC won't be going anywhere.
If you have a squad of good attacking players and shit defenders, you play attacking football. But we do the opposite. I think Conte would rather lose 2 nil than win 4-2. We are tough to watch. Wish Boley would have bought us instead of the Chavs. We are screwed.in the future.
If I was a gambling man, I'd say it was a dig at the club and a perceived lack of ambition. What does that fucking mean?
He also said that we need to spend £70/80 million per window to build a foundation to win. What does that fucking mean?

I've been looking at a lot of the comments about the game and almost to a tune everyone is, again, blaming the lack of investment, Enic and Levy and trying to steer the blame away from Conte and it's rather irritating. No doubt but seriously, has the guy no self-awareness? Fans aren’t stupid. He can blame lack of investment all he likes (and to an extent this is true) but surely he has to understand that the lack of ambition he shows on the park is a major problem. The way we play is the issue. It’s an insult to the supporter base every time he wheels out the same excuses about squad investment.
On a brighter note for me personally, it was my first time in the new stadium today.
Never seen anything like it. Incredible.
It is immense! Did you hit the cheese room?
I’d hope it would happen with time left in the transfer window. This is why there could be a decision on the horizon within the next month I feel. Unless Conte has given assurances in private that he will definitely sign a new deal, the club aren't going to back him until he agrees something, but then he's not going to agree anything unless they back him either I suppose.
So what do we do ?.
As I said above, I think if we're around mid-table after the second City match then something will happen because Levy will want Champions League qualification again above everything and, as you say, he has his Pochettino card to play so I don't think he'll have any qualms at all about sacking Conte if he feels there's enough of the season left to turn things around.
Well Levy is still a cunt, so there's thatWhy would Poch come back... what has changed...?
