I thought it was an even game before the sending off. Just terrible decision-making. Xavi’s was maybe slightly unlucky but Romero…Liverpool are very brittle and looked nervy as fuck after the goal and then he does that.

@USspur it wasn't that bad. Particularly the last 15 mins. And when we went down to 9 men, we looked the better side with far more intent. Yes 'Pool were leading & sitting back but they looked nervous & fragile. The urgency & fearlessness we showed gave me Ange vibes. Not a bad way to end the game.
And as others have said, why didn't we show that before?
