Apparently the chap was a dental surgeon... Thought it was just a dentist.
Apparently cutting through the gums and cutting away the jaw holding the tooth is the MO for these things...
I'm still numb as fuck, but have been told to expect the worst over the n CT 48/72 hours... I already feel a dull ache coming on and have pre loaded with paracetamol to try and get ahead of the pain game...
I'd rather have the shits again...

That reminds me..
As a nipper playing kiss chase in the playground i decided to dive between a hand rail and a concrete step, the step won and smashed the corners of both front teef. Had them rebuilt but over the years started to discolour. Spoke to the gob doctor who was happy to break the filled bit off and re-do in a lighter shade...
Once complete he said look in the mirror and let me know what you think.... Prick filled them both together like one big ass nasher. I didn't leave until he put a groove between them making them look like 2 teeth.

Honest to god mate, I was sweating like Levy during a transfer window...!!! Full man tit sweat when I stood up... Ruined...!!!
I didn't feel any pain but had to have 2 top ups (I think they said novacaine) while they were in there drilling and digging round...
They showed me the piece of jaw bone and the tooth they pulled out and asked me if I wanted to take a picture... My response of "Fuck no" provided them with the info they needed on that front...
I'll be honest it's very fucking sore and I imagine it'll get sorer over the next day or two but alternate ibuprofen and paracetamol have taken just enough off it for me to try and get some kip...
I suppose this has all happened because I did do enough Harry Krishna chants while I was away on my holidays...!!!
