We've sold what was left of the club's soul for 2 1/2 seasons culminating with an EFL Cup won on penalties after a scoreless draw.

Aside from the youngsters, I wonder which player Jose will arbitrarily freeze out and publicly humiliate? There's always someone.
To Do list;
1.Fat shame Wanyama
2.slag off not as good as he thinks Dele
3.

Fuck this. How can I support a bloke I hate? I hate everything about him, his arrogance, his football style, his not being a polite gentleman like the Poch. Winning is not everything, I wouldn't support a team like Tottenham if I was obsessed with winning. I want to love the squad, the manager and the style of football, I want to be proud of everything about the team I love - how the fuck can I do that with this cunt as manager?

Mourinho will hold his first news conference as Tottenham boss at 14:00 GMT on Thursday.
Lille coaches Joao Sacramento and Nuno Santos will join his backroom team, the French club have confirmed.

I have had a busy morning and just clicked over on the Evening Standard. So Jose Mourinho is managing Spurs? Our Spurs? "The Game is About Glory" Spurs? Levy is a fucking idiot. Negative, miserable coaches with negative tactics are just not sustainable anymore. You need someone positive like Klopp. Even Pep isn't such a glum chum. Poch was probably more right down the middle. But this guy is the fucking antichrist. How do I support this guy that I detest? HOW??? The worst part is he will probably turn us around and get us top 4. But two years from now our club will be in ruin and he'll be coaching Bayern. I feel physically ill.

I just had a look at the W*****g Cock forum, I think most of the posters there were known to me a few years ago. They really don't give a fuck about the football, it's only about winning.

I said it elsewhere, Mourinho was not the man I wanted at Spurs.
I wanted someone more progressive in their football mentality.
Someone with a decent to better football CV but also a respectable person.
Someone that is admired on a number of levels & we can proudly state he is ours.

He may be able to right the ship in the short term but I fear in the end it will be a scorched N17 by the time he leaves.
He's left other teams in worse condition than when he arrived.

I can't see him getting along with Levy.
Ever since he's left Porto, he's used massive amounts of money to gain success.
That has been his path to glory.
If Levy gives it to him, it begs the question: "why didn't he give it to Poch?"

My only hope is that he may have something to prove after his recent tenure at ManU.
But... ...this guy seems to think he is bigger than any team he has joined.

BTW, the vast majority of Spurs fans on other sites wanted Poch gone & most wanted this guy in.

That seems to be the case, I don't get it, they can't all be 'win at any costs' wankers from the other place. I think most of us here love the beautiful game and want to be thrilled and entertained when we see our side play, but it seems that out in the mad world they only want results, I wonder if they ever watch the games, they probably just look at the results.

What do you do.. you just have to support the club I guess.
As @skiathospurs said at one time or another we have all slagged this guy off.
My head just cant reconcile what my eyes are seeing

Gotta be honest that's a pretty good first interview.... Maybe it's just the cool backing music!!

I've been thinking about this all day. if you hate the owner, hate the manager and hate the way the players are going to have to play football, how do you still support the team?

Would quaaludes work?

Pretty much everyone hates the owner, so nothing different there. On the other 2 fronts, i'm just trying to look at the positives here, the players have in general, been playing shite football for the whole year, not just this season, so personally i'm gonna give the guy a chance, I mean things can't get much worse in terms of results and the performances of late, so it can't in theory get a whole lot worse in the short term, is my way of looking at things. Otherwise wtf is there to be excited about? We're stuck with Jose for the foreseeable future, so i'll give him my backing until the end of the season and see where we are. Who knows, the guy might have learnt a thing or two about how we want our football played, and if he is such a genius, then he might be able to adapt accordingly, i am desperately trying to drink from the pot of positivity here!!

It's the bold part that I've been hanging my hope on in the last 28 hours & 18 mins.

A leopard doesn't change its spots. If Mourinho has ever served up anything other than cynical, defensive football then I can't remember it. His history is one of arrogance and never admitting when he makes a mistake. The blame always, and I mean always lies elsewhere..

I'd be happy to be proven wrong but I'd be prepared to bet good money against it.
