could happen but we have concerns about the amount of time the national team want him for , he would unlikely be a starter initially, we are really focused on improving what we have now

this matches my info , we have serious interest but we have not offered yet and we have made clear we will not meet their number , I disagree with him with Dias , we love him but Benfica are saying no go at the moment , there is also the issue of the prem defender where we really believe we can get a deal done and Jose likes a lot

this is good info , at this point I would say its a toss up between him and a British born prem striker

the net spend come oct 5 will not be huge and by not huge I mean under 50 million , there is going to be a lot of movement the next few days and people forget loans , for example we paid 25 for sess on a 6 year deal , no way is he going on loan for under 4 mill

drags needs to eat some humble pie thought he was British lol, since when has NZ produced footballers

THEN

he is one of the irons in the fire for sure , people get set on one player but the reality is we are negotiating on 3 or 4 right now
the center half situation is clearer due to benficas no go on Dias is a toss up between diop and skriniar

we absolutely must have a striker so we do not want to put all our eggs in one basket , we have been talking to milk, Napoli and his agents for some time but I can say they same for the. Celtic lad too , literally the only 3 strikers we were heavily linked with this window that had no credibility were deeney, the bournemouth boy who went newc and the Zambian lad , the rest there was all some smoke there

Whams board running scared their fans have gone nuts unless player goes on strike etc move looking unlikely now

Dias has gone from zero chance to small possibility Now

skriniar huge favorite now I would say

Don't know anything about the Italian deals, but been told Benfica talks have stopped due to being too far apart and a failure to compromise.

Strange because according to Mendes they desperately need to sell this window.

Word of advice! Should not really be needed! But stop following the Italian soap opera media etc. They make Pinocchio look like Mother Theresa. Confidence extremely high:):X3:

This TW more than any before, for obvious reasons, has allowed those with money to take advantage of opportunities where those opportunities wouldnt exist in normal circumstances.

We are entering the last week of the window and the clubs who are suffering from the current economic meltdown due to the Covid restrictions will start to blink and twitch uncontrollably...

Levys poker face will be in full swing this week...

To get everything Jose wants we need outs. Those that aren't injured and not in the squad today are basically a list of who we'd like out or had interest in and would sell at the right price.

It really is as simple as that. Does not mean we won't buy before selling, but to complete the perfect window some have to go first

The Squirrel understands that Ruben Dias apparently a very good defender from Benfica, is too much money for us, so Man City are going to snap him up instead. For anyone watching the All or Nothing docusoap, this will translate by Levy into a very, very, difficult transfer - trying to get the player, his agent, his existing club, his cat, someone he passed in the street and his second cousin once removed all to agree is very very difficult. There will be no mention of the buying club's 'budget' of £4.37 for potential world class players and why they don't often arrive at Spurs.

Eriksen has come up twice , first with the Tanguy deal inter quoted us 40 and then again last week in the skriniar talks

there was a couple of days last week when it looked like dele may go then we would pull Eriksen trigger , as of today dele stays so no go is my understanding re Eriksen .
my personal opinion is if Eriksen wanted to come back and was motivated I’d take him , I also think levy could have a change of heart deadline day as he knows we are a gio injury from disaster .
we are in multiple conversations with inter
on all fronts do not expect any signings this weekend nothing is imminent

He is not getting on with conte at all , the funny thing was in the summer of 19 we had over a dozen bids for him but we wAnted decent money then , I think his stock has completely fallen a year ago Madrid / Barca was a serious option now no chance

I understand why, and some seemingly on a kind of meltdown. Firstly, I expect the CH to be concluded very soon. ST is not far behind. Today one of favourite, following days someone else. I said at the onset that this window will be a very creative one, with long structured payment plans deals and loans. Some will say ‘why did we sign a LB when we have more pressing needs elsewhere?’ Good question. If selling clubs adopted the mentality of RM on reasonable terms of payment we would be further down the road.

We know who we want, and very confident we will get the ST we want (profile-wise). Selling clubs are expecting clubs like ours to pay 50% upfront. Not going to happen! Then we agree ‘loan with option’. We believe we have an agreement, only to find out they want ‘obligation’ and not ‘option’. Please relax

We were very close to a deal a month ago and then United came in and he’s a big united fan (Josh King)
we are very concerned about money Right now thought there would be crowds in oct and now definitely not plus we are struggling to move players out for there value
the king thing is resurfacing as he’s the cheapest striker option of the 4/5 players we have been talking too

Subject: Where are the outgoings?

It's been a concern from the start. Outs are important as far as completing our business this window.

The uncertainty is going to mean loans galore in the last few days

PSG#Dele talks genuine. Been going on for couple weeks now. Cannot go into details, but Conte likes him also, but rule that one out for now. Ideally loan with option, and not obligation is the talks. DL himself does not really want to sell him, unless we get our figure. Will not reveal it here.

Anyway we are very close on Skriniar being done...
And yes a backup striker is still on the cards but first things first
