Seriously... Or is this Frank optimism...?You can imagine Frank looking at this half thinking we’ve been the better team.
We've looked gash and are lucky to still be in the game on any level.

I'd say a large dose of sarcasm mate, based off of Frank's remarks post the Villa game, where he seemed to think our midfield was impressive, or some bollocks similar to those words.Seriously... Or is this Frank optimism...?

It’s more of a moan about the manager than anything and yes, a bit of sarcasm based on his remarks after the Villa game.Seriously... Or is this Frank optimism...?

That interview actually really concerned me, i get the need to try and add a positive spin in a losing performance but we were absolutely woeful in midfield on Sunday, and it was embarrassing him coming out and saying what he did. It’s more of a moan about the manager than anything and yes, a bit of sarcasm based on his remarks after the Villa game.
woefully awfulThis is a terrible game of football...
Vic is playing ... luckilyAside from Pauline... None of them seem to be up for it physically... They're weak as piss collectively...
Fair comment.Vic is playing ... luckily
Indeed. An away point, sure, so you can’t complain in a sense but to basically say “Right, can’t be fucked going for a win” with a good 10-15 minutes to go isn’t the sort of message you want to be sending.Playing for the point then... Pathetic...
Personnel or system...? I think we're again bloated with very very average players that will take ages to move on...I get the criticism of Frank here but the lack of basic quality on our part is really unbelievable. Long stretches of the game where we can’t even string together 2-3 passes.
It’s a good question. Personally I think Frank needs to go with the same front 4 players for a while in all competitions to build some cohesion. Lots of rotation may pay off in the end but it’s got us looking disjointed, especially with players yet to really bed in. And you’re right, some of these guys just don’t look good enough.Personnel or system...? I think we're again bloated with very very average players that will take ages to move on...
