Great work @skiathospurs
I really appreciate these updates.

It's incredible the speed things seem to be moving. You can see the difference one day to the next.
Incredible how fast its moving now, once the paxton is down and the north end of the shelf, then they can get on with the new.At least now the demo pics have put the Lane at rest for me,just want to see the new south stand rise from the old.I would think by sept/oct its going to look structurally pretty complete, what with the south stand being mostly steel and not concrete construction.I believe next week the glass cladding starts going on the north stand, then visually we will get an idea of how she will look.

Thanks to bazza from SSC forum for this aerial video of NWHL,old&new training grounds.
WHL footage begins around 4mins in,gives some idea of how huge the new gaff is.

It's 10.07 and you can actually watch the remainder of the East side of the Paxton coming down via the cam on the official club site if you are interested. The steel work is being separated from the concrete and the rubble, presumably for some sort of scrap value. The target is for 100% of waste to be recycled.

I'm not a STH but those that sat in Paxton Upper in the old stadium were offered North East corner, lower tier initially. From 25th May all STH's had the option to choose their own seats. @ParkLaneMal will be able to tell you what Park lane were offered.

.

The Park Lane Yids around me have been allocated seating in the West Stand lower. I'm block 134 row 12 which coincides well with my seating at WHL block 34 row 11.

There you go @corroded 134 row 12 is right behind the goal. West is obviously going to be the noisier end. Paxton is the East end. Isn't row 12 a bit low Mal? you won't be able to see Harry banging them in at the other end??!!

Ideally yes I would have liked to be a bit higher but those around me at the OWHL had been allocated similar seating, so that would have been an logistic nightmare to try and relocated us all higher. Bigger problem being lower down is, after a few pre match beers, it a bloody long climb for a P break whereas at the OWHL I was only 30 yards from the smelly bog. .

I'm 19822 on the list now. It's a long way off at the moment but I'm hoping to get one at some point in the new gaff.

To be honest I couldn't afford it right now, next season won't be a problem as the Mrs will be back in work and we'll have two incomes again. But then if I got offered it I'd find a way.

Hahaha.... Levy'ed... you're watching the NFL pitch under the new stadium? :D

What number were you on the waiting list?

Hahaha. Agreed, thought I got Levy'ed too. But there's more.

I just received some correspondence from Spurs Ticketing Agent elaborating on the numerous & varied features of the new stadium & the so called 'minus row'...

"...there is a deliberate & innovative approach to providing a magnificent live experience at state-of-the-art stadia. Through numerous painstaking consultations with front runners in the field of entertainment experiences, Mr. Levy & Populous wish to "Ignite Spurs Fans Senses". The sensory experience fans will encounter will be next to none. From the majestic acoustics, to spine-tingling comfort, gustatory delights, & an opulent freshness that will provide an appetizing aroma for victory. It will all be there. But of paramount importance is the aesthetic: the visual. Each seat will have a breathtaking view, Furthermore, One Way Transparent Walls for fans to view the players prior to entering the playing field will surely heighten one's sense of involvement & belonging. And with that in mind, Populous have introduced "Negative Seating". Rows of seating below grade that recline on demand & will offer an incredible perspective of the match/event through the pitch's, wait for it, semi-transparent membrane. It will appear as a full bodied look from above yet clear from below. For some, it may simply be overwhelming despite being under per se. Expanding on this thought process, & in conjunction with Mr. Levy's ambition for Spurs to become a global brand, the transparent pitch will also allow those residing Down Under & in various parts of highly populated countries throughout Asia to watch simply by looking up."

With that in mind, I've also signed up for season's tickets for Women's Field Hockey plus the World Cheerleading Championships.

@Liam if you get offered one, let's have a chat before you turn it down. We might be able to help each other out.

Its happened again......

These occurrences can not be random! They are signs from the Sky Fairy that he is fucked off with the destruction of the Lane! STOP THE MADNESS now before he sends plagues of frogs and shit like that. To add further proof that the Rainbow occurrences are NOT just coincidences, Geoffrey Wossisname, the ex-Bungle fondler from Rainbow was on Celebrity Pointless the other night! What more evidence do you need!
