I doubt even Levy or Mace know if completion is certain for next august,but its mostly people looking in from the outside without facts speculating imo.General comments from site personnel is we are currently on track.

It is,they are preparing the cables for the roof and are already putting up the scaffolding "bird cage" for when they lift it all into place,probably feb,from comments I have seen.
