I think they're working on a 'build it and they will come' philosophy and indeed they might. There are enough wealthy people out there, but when £126.00 is the cheapest premium seat and everything else is on top - (you only have access to these facilities) -then some Spanish tapas and a cheese board at £35.00 is not going to outweigh my desire for a few beers and a dirty burger in the Brickies.

It looks impressive & so much has been accomplished in a seemingly short period of time.

Still can't help feeling that there's still plenty that needs to be done in a matter of a couple of months before it is ready.

No doubt,but you can say the roof will be all on end of June,and the infills,membrane say another month,pitch (nfl) will be done soon,planting the turf can be accomplished mere days before a kick off,and fitting out inside is mostly "lipstick" on the pig!!only area for me is south stand atrium,with some problem steels and brackets at the western end,but glazing as we see goes up pretty quick.
The level (lack) of visible labour on sundays,bank holidays leads to me suggest,they are on track,or else they would have been throwing more hours at it.
No way Levy would publically commit to NFL and reaffirm it will be ready for this season if it wasnt most probable.

A bit of duct tape and they'll be back on track. On a serious note, while I think the stadium will get done on time, I have no idea how on Earth they'll finish the outside plazas any time before December.

The podium will be ready,but landscaping and the hotel and stuff on the edge defiantly wont be done.Next time I see a render image I ll stick it here.
