Hmmm....Seen some kits been released by nice to have ours before Summer is over
Its amazing Nike still never been announced officially,is it to do with a stadium deal announcement which Levy said is coming very soon, these would be the days to get max coverage.Club doing 50% off kit from this week, seems something is imminent or feels that way.

I'm not sure...what was the Press conference about? Might be a tie up with the Hong Kong match? Reason being that I thought StubHub was dead next season and they're shown here.

Stubhub are distributing some of the tickets for this match and AIA are still one of our "partners" also. There head office is in Hong Kong.

Check out the pre-season thread.

The plot thickens....

Nike really should just F*ck off and leave football alone, they have absolutely no idea.

People get paid so much money to sit and design this shit...

It's simply a mishmash of old spurs kits/designs and some fuck off huge red lettering.

What is to like about this kit? What makes me think fuck that looks tasty, I'll get one for me and the lad...!!!

You know what I'd like to see. The final day of the season put aside for charity by the shirt sponsors. Every team to pick a charity and wear their logo on their shirts for one game only. Drum up some funds and publicity for the charities. Get players to do a little bit of charitable PR work leading upto the games... it'd make the day special for more than just those sides who have something to play for. It in theory should be much better weather and could be turned into a more family orientated day for fans etc.

I think and I could be wrong....that if Chelsea win the FA Cup we might play them in the Community Shield in August.....? That would be a good day to make 'Charity Day'

I'd imagine that contractually sponsors wouldn't have a bar of that as the cup exposure would be probably linked to bonus payments etc.

If all PL clubs did it on the same day it'd be a great way show that this huge money making machine of the Prem does actually have a heart. Fuck you could even get to the point of players paying their days wages to charity etc, actioning off the match worn shirts on behalf of the charities etc. How would it half the clubs revenue? It'd be an oportunity for fans to grab a little bit of a unique kit. Could sell them I the club shop with profits going to charity. I'd be much more inclined to get one of those every year as oposed to the club standard ones if I'm honest.

Who would you have to contact to lobby the premier league to get involved? I only have facebook but fuck it... I'm gonna have a go.

Someone tried something like this a few years ago in support of nurses.....players didn't really give a fuck, pretty shit really. Most just do as their told without thinking for themselves

Honestly, give me plain white shirt, plain navy shorts, and plain white socks and I'm happy. This is the same shirt England/USA/France and others are wearing. I like it better than the UA offerings tbh. On the other hand, our best seasons in ages have been in UA so I imagine we'll remember those kits fondly...

I think the UA gear is well made. It's a bit out there, dare I say it Americanised.

But as you say some proper players have worn them Iver the last few years.

Nike is just the biggest bidder... wish there was another option.

I still prefer white shorts too!!I quite like the UA stuff though, thr training kit is nice, whilst we have a red sponsor,I often get this instead, perfect out here for the heat, especially playing gigs and discreet with just club crest.

The old press officer at the Premier League was Dan Johnson.... though googling, Nick Noble is taking over that job at the end of the season as Johnson is leaving. However, the community shield is run by the FA so it would make sense to talk to someone over there instead.

I'm kinda hoping that blue number beside it is something to do with us!!

I actually quite like that as a home shirt. Same as always would look better with a blue sponsor but it seems that's not possible.

The comment is probably from an envious non-fan (same old) but I actually prefer this kit to the Nike one that is supposedly the real thing.
